To make this for yourself you will need:
    For the all-in-one chocolate cake:
    ♡ 250g/8⅘oz/2¾cups self raising flour
    ♡ 250g/8⅘oz/1⅓ cups caster sugar
    ♡ 250g/8⅘oz/1 cup unsalted butter
    ♡ 4 large eggs
    ♡ 100ml milk
    ♡ 2½ tsp. baking powder
    ♡ 8 tbsp. cocoa powder
    ♡ 8 tbsp. boiling water
    For the pink icing:
    ♡ 250g/8⅘oz/1 cup unsalted butter
    ♡ 400g/14oz/3 cups icing sugar
♡ 40g/1½oz/½ cup melted dark chocolate
♡ Pink food colour - I use Wilton
    ♡ Green royal icing
    Equipment you will need:
    ♡ Mixing bowl
    ♡ Mixer
    ♡ Spatula
♡ Two 10” round sandwich tins
    ♡ Baking paper
    Method:
    1. Start by mixing together the flour, sugar and baking powder and then add the butter, eggs and milk.
    2. Then mix together the cocoa powder and boiling water and add this to the rest of your ingredients.
    3. Mixing everything up together until pale and smooth.
    4. Divide into two greased and lined sandwich tins and bake in a preheated oven at 140°C fan/325°F for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Once baked, leave to cool completely.
    5. To make the pink buttercream, soften the butter and then add the icing sugar in two batches. Once pale in colour and smooth, add the melted chocolate and mix until combined. At this point you can add your pink food colour.
    6. Then sandwich the two chocolate cakes between a layer of buttercream and then cover the rest of the cake too.
    7. To finish pipe on ‘Happee Birthdae Harry’, just as Hagrid did, and use a spatula to make a crack across the cake.
