I strongly believe the liver, kidneys functions, gut health, blood for parasite should be tested first before any medication and steroids given. The first thing most if not all doctors do is prescribe steroids medication or steroids topical creams. Steroids makes it actually get worst. I learnt that from my own experiences. Steroids are what actually makes is spread all over and becomes bad and break out more. For all those who suffers from skin issues these are tests that should be requested and not take anything with Steroids.
Eczema and other skin problems stems from an unhealthy inside. The root cause is from inside.

Thank you for this video. I have battled eczema since I was a child with various episodes of flare-ups and remissions. Although, back then I didn't know exactly what I was dealing with but now I do. The major challenge with getting these products, and using them as recommended is the cost, and also getting the original products. I once used E45 and it really worked well for me, but then I had a serious flare-up due to fake product...
What other options could you suggest?

Thank you 🙏🙏🙏 i had a small irritating eczema might be because of dust or water as i never had it till i came in the UK. I founded out that the water here makes my skin dry while back in Africa its was too oily i had to use camphor cream which is light but still protect the skin. In the the UK it was the opposite, the other thing it was not the same everywhere i go. I guess it depends with the town im taking a shower in as if i get used to the same area it tends to wear of on its own but it will be back as soon as i use water from a different town or City.

It’s horrible. It has lasting negative effects including thinning skin & the skin becoming resistant to it. Topical steroid withdrawal. And it doesn’t address the root causes of the problem.

I wish I'd seen your video when I was little. I've suffered atopic eczema all over my body and face since I was a toddler. I'm 36 yes now and sort of have under control but it flares up when I get stressed, eat something that trigres it or because of weather changes. I'm left now with both hyper ocn hypo pigmentation. I don't care for my body anymore but my face is completely destroyed. I don't know where to turn to get help in sweden cause they are not so familiar with eczema on black skin. Do you have any tips on how to remove the dark spots and uneven thickened skin? Can one book an appointment with you on a clinic? I will fly overseas to get help at this point

Doctor was like “Baby, prepare to spend money on skincare because you cannot afford to be ashy if you want your skin to clear” 😂😂
You are the first person to suggest four applications and I feel that is much more appropriate suggestion than two times per day. Thank you for sharing your knowledge concerning eczema and dark skin.
