    This kind of clicked for me. I’ve noticed some people have these repetitive thoughts, but they don’t really care about it. I, on the other hand, label it as anxiety, fear thoughts, how do I stop this? NO! When maybe I should just notice it and let it be.

    This is really great - loved the analogy of slapping a label on things - flowing down a river vs picking it all apart.

    I'm struggling right now my mom might have diabetes. How should I handle that? I have bad anxiety.
