@Justin Owens do you have any more tips? I sing at my church but have a tendency to put my hands in my pockets
After watching plenty of Shane and Shane live, I'm wondering if hands in the pocket is okay! lol cause one of the Shane's does that.

What are your best stage presence techniques?
Well personally, I try to get the congregation/audience to sing with me as much as possible.
At certain points in the worship session , I let the band cool off and just let the congregation raise their voices... It's beautiful. They feel involved.
I try to engage them as much as possible.
I think doing certain things with your voice at certain times can actually add to your over all stage presence.
If it's a really fast part of the song and you project a much "stronger" sound while jumping or vibing to it. (Think about the bridge for " What a beautiful name").
And when it's "softer" or less " shouty", I try to encourage them to wave hands (while waving mine) or something similar...
I think the thing is to "lead" in every way.

@@grocnrollgrocnroll5465 He does not have a valid point. Worship is not about performing. John the Baptist said that he must become smaller so Christ can become bigger. In this post hes encouraging you to make yourself bigger therefore Christ smaller. This generation is sad and lost.
Worship is not about stage presents. This generation is so lost....
Respectfully disagree. How you present yourself before the lord is an act of worship. How you present yourself before your church can also either be a distraction or an exhortation!
