In regards to the mana essence/stone that Joohee shows at the end, it's a call back to their interactions from before.
Back on episode 1, when she was mad that he voted to go in to the double dungeon, he apologized and she asked him to take her out to dinner if he really felt sorry.
Then on episode 2, when they have to leave him behind as the sacrifice, he gives her the stone and asks her to buy herself the dinner he had promised her with it, and that he will later on go to her to ask for the change (so it was both a promise to meet up later, but also an acknowledgement that he won't be around to take her out).
So, by pulling the stone now and giving it back to him, she's very much asking him to make good on his promise to take her out to dinner. She's basically asking him out.
It's called an afterimage in a lot of anime dealing with ninja characters. Sometimes because they move so fast or maybe part of a technique. Maybe it's a teleportation here or a substitute

Jinwoo had promised to go out to dinner with Joohee in the double dungeon, and when he decided to stay behind so that the others could escape, he gave that essence stone to Joohee, telling her to use it to go out to dinner, and that he'd be along to collect the change when he got out. So giving him the stone back is Joohee's way of reminding him that he owes her a date.
that Jin Woo doing Goku warmup maybe was a tribute to the Legendary Akira Toriyama, R.I.P legend.

One thing I absolutely adored is the use of the ominous statue music from episode 2 during Jin Woo's monologue after that Kang fight. Hearing that haunting statue music used for Jin Woo gave me chills ngl 😊
carlie ange, i agree. so far this one is my favorite episode because of how beautifully written it was, from second one to the last. the story, dialogue, and emotions, it was so deep and beautiful, and it was delivered so well

The last episode gotta be the beginning of Jinwoo's real power and the start on the main plot
Bro they cut the part where jinwoo feeds the barely alive prisoner to the goblins and also the part where jin chul warns jin woo about the brother of the hunter he killed
We've already seen from past episodes that they never cut anything, they just mix things up a bit. If they don't show us something it's because it isn't relevant to the story at all.
They'll show it in the next episode Ig
@@itDraken I think they will show the warning as a flashback when he actually gets out of the red gate and meets the brother(I forgor his name)
Seems like that scene happened similarly in both the manhwa and the LN so it'll probably be shown next episode as a flashback. I have noticed some changes they've made throughout the show and some of them are definitely an improvement (like revealing Kang being evil very late opposed early on in the cafe scene where the father and Kang are speaking about killing the prisoners). With that being said, I did wish they showed that brutal scene at the end of this ep and ended it there.
Next week episode is gonna be setup for the finale (who is presumably, a two-part epic leading into "Arise"), so I wouldn't be surprised if we see the warning from Jin Chul them as a flashback.
As for the Jinwoo feeding the prisoner to the goblin boss, they probably cut it because such a brutal move would have been out of character for the current character development of anime Jinwoo.
Manhwa Jinwoo's personality went directly into badass edge-lord as soon as he was out of the hospital, so it made sense on the manhwa, but the anime Jinwoo has had a more nuanced development with the whole "loosing his humanity/emotions" arc that they have going on.

I'm pretty sure the system recognizes the intent in the human opponents before making them "enemies". Inside the spider dungeon, they talked about killing him, so the system warned Jingwoo as soon as they were approaching him.
On the other hand, Kang was aiming for the others first (Song and the healer). And when he was attacking Jinwoo, he didn't go all out immediately, so the system took a while to understand his goals toward Rizzwoo.

The system recognizes enemies by Jin Woo's death wish, so his friends will never become such, well, only if they really don't want to kill him. Well, then they will not only become his enemies because of the system, but literally. But the opinion is interesting.
Her giving back the stone I think is to show us that she really likes him and that the whole point of it was for Jinwoo to buy her dinner.. So she is basically asking him out to dinner with it I think.

Krazy how the ranking system is. Each rank has such a broad spectrum, Kang was B and Swagwoo beat him fairly easily. Yet, he admits the A rank guy from the hunter association would completely whoop him. His perception stat let's him know hiw strong people are. Which is kinda sick within its self.

6:10 The dungeon closes after you kill the boss and you can't go back in ever. If the boss isn't beat in a week, the monsters into our world. So no time for investigations and most evidence is gone forever afterwards.
in the comic, one of the criminals survived, and jin woo took him to the boss room so goblings could kill him
What I love is Woo Jinchul remembers Jinwoo but Kang had absolutely no recollection until their fight. Shows the difference from a murderous guy to what seems like a standup guy.
Also the Murderous Intent debuff was great. I didn't know when we were gonna see it after ep. 6 because it looked OP in its description. I don't remember how much mana it costs or stamina or w/e.
IIRC it's 100 MP to use Murderous Intent, and assuming his stat block follows the manhwa, he's got about 500MP max currently. (505 at level 26)
Domain expansion jokes aside: Unless they've changed it dramatically from the manhwa, I think the effect of Murderous Intent there is meant to be more metaphorical rather than literal; power 'flooding' the area and the looming presence of Something Terrifying monopolizing Kang's attention. We've seen it used before (during the Cerberus fight) and there was very little visible effect on the area around him, just a heat distortion-like wave of energy. I'd expect it'll be animated that way most of the time when he uses it, saves a lot of animation work and screen time.

@@Timmycoo Nah, the 'full recover' from the daily quest is effectively a consumable, Kang just assumes it's a healing spell of some kind because that's the only instant healing they normally have in that world.

i have just double checked manhwa ep 33-34, there is no Goku warm up jump in the manhwa, so that's mean they have added into the anime to pay tribute Akira Toriyama

I can assure you that the warm-up of goku was not present in the manhwa, i think the authors and the studio a1-picture wanted to put it not only as a tribute to the recent death of the great Akira Toriyama but also to the same solo leveling artist Jang Sung-Rak who also died like akira from a cerebral subdural hemorrhage
They should've shown atleast the part where Jinwoo dragged one of the prisoner to the boss area and let him die, it would've shown has emotionless he had become 😊
Next few eps gunna be even better and this isnt even the main story line yet :D
They cut off hole moment, when JinWoo after all take one of the criminals, who stay alive, and bring him to boss😮 and just throw him to monsters.

Think about it this way
Between each rank the gap in strenght increase exponentialy, I'll give some random number to try to make sense
An E-rank mana rating could be from 10 to 100, a D-rank from 101 to 2 000, a C-rank from 2 001 to 25 000 etc...
Again those are random values im giving to make a point, but as one of the best B-rank could hold his ground against one of the worst A-rank, even a mid tier A-rank would absolutly wreck that B-rank without even a chance to retaliate, ang it gets worst as the ranks go up
Also side notes, you'll learne a bit later but it's not really a spoiler that S-rank are considered immesurable on the best mana meters, so it's not technicaly possible to establish a proper power gap between S-ranks
Na the best B rank would almost never, if not never beat an A rank.
@@Akshay_PJO When you think about it if you decide on a rank based on mana quantity, imagine the minimum requiered to be qualified as A rank is 1000, then what does that make someone who scores a 999?
Very very close to A-rank then but still B-rank. But to be fair the chances of that are so damn small it is indeed correct 99.9% of the time that A-ranks stomp on B-ranks 👍
@@Airfay15 I used to think that way, but as I saw someone point out, when is it mentioned that it's a continuous power spectrum? If 1000 is A-rank, there doesn't have to be someone at 999. The next highest could be 700. Anyhow, it doesn't really matter, cuz as you said, the chances are tiny anw.

We know that hunter are just humanes who became vessels for mana comming during the first and following dungeon breaks. Some can accumulate more than others and it seems like a "natural" phenoma based on affinity with mana more than anything (exept in the case of the monarchs and Rulers catalysts), so I though I would make more sens if there is no "cap" if you see what I mean. Why would it jump from 500 to 1000? Once again we don't know for sure cause we've nerver been told so yeah, we can only make assumptions and debate among ourself, I may be wrong 👍

Seeing the goku warmup made me curious, while the news of akira toriyama passing was a recent news thing, I believed the anime should have been fully produced and ready to air by his passing?Would that make the warm up a coincidence then? or do you think they animated the whole episode within this week?
