the one thing holding this channel back is lack of time stamps.
Nah
There's no point of time stamp in this channel
Yes, but I think that the uniqueness of this channel is the free flowing form of information and fun facts related to it. So it will lose its uniqueness if Prakash bhai starts to make the videos in the form of topics or chapters(and adding timestamps)
Why do you need time-stamps for 10mins video
he doesn't talk about a particular topic and then comes to another topic
there is no need of timestamps then

Vinfast is really a good car brand. Have driven them. If they get successfull in maintaining competitive prices in India, then they can definitely gain ground in India.
When Japanese car makers first went into American market, they had very bad reputation. Gradually they became better and better. A communist country which was not very rich few decades back is now selling cars in America and trying to enter indian market. This is very good indeed.
Japanese cars weren't THAT bad. They were cheap, yes, but not VERY bad. They were similar to what Chinese cars are right now.
@@Dr.Kay_R not now. They are the most sold cars in the world right now. I am talking about post 1960s

@@saffronpanda1735yeah true; they even called Japanese invasion in USA through cars in the 80s. Before that their cars have weaker engines which are not reliable in long road trips in US. But in the 80s the game was totally different.

Main Toyota ke liye kaam karta hu unke Cambridge plant me.
They have an experience of building cars for almost 80 years now.
Still jab Lexus NX ka production suru kia to 2019 se 2022 tak lag gaye gari ko customer ready banane me i.e. car is 90% niggle free.

Sahi kaha bro
I met a guy who works for a car company and he was telling how many factors they have to consider while designing a car door. If a single part of a car can take up time in designing and perfecting, imagine how much time it takes to design entire car. What we are enjoying today in the form of a modern car has decades of work behind it
@@rythemcrazy Bro I was not even talking about designing a car ground up. That's a whole different level of beast all together.
What I was talking about was when you have a designed car and now you are starting it's production.
In an average around 30 thousand different parts are in a regular car.
And anywhere between 500 to 2000 workers will make it on an assembly line.
And figuring out how to keep all that many people in a sync and keep running that process smoothly is an engineering challenge in itself.
Even a company like Tesla is struggling with this particular aspect of manufacturing.
When you come to ev the old company doesnt have any advantage

Beware- most of the Asian cars are re branded cheap Chini car that looks great but is super cheap and low quality. Except Japanese though. China is trying to gain entry in directly.
So is in Indian and other big car brands where some components, electronics and infotainment is Chinese
@@rohan_3128 yes but not all, as compare to South East Asian cars they imports almost 90% of components from China.
Just few days back was in Vietnam. Every where VinFast
That's why these East Asian countries are growing so rapidly. Vinfast isn't that great car company yet people love their own country's brand. Our people always complain about our own brands though both tata and Mahindra are actually better than vinfast. Same in china, Korea and Japan.

Tata should capture the Vietnam market too...
Don’t criticize this company so fast. It’s a small country .great they have a car company. Hyundai cars like the first pony that was introduced in the west were a big flop too. Cheap to buy but had problems. Look at Hyundai cars today. Best sellers in most countries. So this Vietnamese car company will learn and improve. Why haven’t any Indian car companies entered the USA. Yet?
Are their products not up to American standards?

Tata is still number 3 in the sales chart after suzuki and Hyundai, what are you talking about?

My Full support to Sir, Ratan Tata..
From the rise of Tesla, every midsize companies started to dream about making EVs. Because they think that they does not need to understand the hundred years of knowledge around ICE engines and they can just source batteries and motors and make great EVs. Problem with this approach is regular ICE manufacturers also has many years of experience on suspensions, frame design, handling and all the other things on top of ICE engine and transmissions. You can not run a EV with the software only, physical engineering is too much important.
there may be a case that the American Press criticized the car on account of not being paid suitably. We have seen people criticizing Fronx Alpha and comparing it with Nexon or Punch. This month 11000 Nexon were sold whereas 14000 Fronx were sold. Many critics are paid, and they find imaginary or magnified problems with cars.
Vinfast is really vfm brand. They have many good cars
Vinfast CEO goal is to fight pollution not much care about personal profit selling at cost . VInfast try to build Indian cars in India by Indians.
Interesting video! 👍🏻
we need all the brands from vietnam china and all over the world so that ,, there wil be a competion to make better and affordable cars,,, like china was doing
Tata and Mahendra have build more ground up EV.. they have not given much push here. They can also export chances are high
Ham to faltu me TESLA ko bulane ke liye itna tension le rhe the😂😂😂
I did see Vinfast here (in Toronto) last year as the other car makers were struggling to keep up with the inventory. My friend owned one for a couple of months and he was very frustrated with its software. It looked okay from outside but I never had a chance to get behind the wheel of one. Now it’s been quite a while that I come across. With EV sales dying in whole North America I won’t be surprised if they’ll cease their operations here atleast in Canada.
We aren’t build for today’s technology as weather over here varies a lot. Even teslas struggle with their range in the frigid cold temperatures.
Geography plays an important factor in EVs for North America. Even a strong headwind can cause EV range to drop like a stone.
VINFAST accounts for the majority revenue and largest client of TATA TECHNOLOGIES, which would have designed the software platform etc.
On April 25th, there was a very bad fatal accident in Pleasanton, California. A family of 4 of Indian origin lost their lives and they were driving a faulty VinFast.
ये आए चाहे ना आए पर #gogoro #pulse बड़ा exciting लग रहा है, उसे आना चाहिए ।
Hope vinfast does well in India , competition is good
If they are competent enough to reliability.
The cars looked good when I saw them in Vietnam.
I am sure they will be better than Tata motors and Mahindra for Indian consumers with quality.
But must say. Design is so good. How come indian carmakers didn't come up with such premium looking sedans
You know that they all cost around 45 to 60 lakhs bro, so yes they need to disgn them to satisfy the cost.
look good company , welcome to india vinfast 🎉
I wonder how vinfast is able to do R&D at such fast pace. A R&D of car takes so much of time yet in 3-4 years they were able to launch 5-6 ev's
Most of parts are rebranded Chinese copy
They don't do R&D bro not even 5% .they import almost 90% of there cars parts from china, engine from BMW, cars designed by penin ferina, software from China, car body from tata technology , other cars parts from china etc...Vin group is largest group in Vietnam just because they are really close to cummunists government of vietnam.
Till when , we would blame britishers .

Looking at Vinfast cars, I can say Indian cars lack beautiful designs
You know, they are all luxury catagory cars costs around 45 to 60 lakhs. And also disgned by Mahindea owened penin ferina.
Vinfast will thrive anywhere in the world.
They failed in usa . Very bad quality. Worse than tesla
Are bhai thoda soch samajh kar bola kar, ek bar vinfast company ki sachai to jan leta.
If Vinfast wants to enter Indian market they have to focus on few things like Value for Money Product, Agressive look for every car, Service Center in each and every City of India and except spending lot's of money on marketing do event like Volvo and tata who show range rover hill climbing.
Design bahut badiya hai 👌👌👌
Personally i think there car are little bit featureless. I was watching review of vf5 which would be priced around 12 lacs have less features than punch ev. Even vf9 was a bit featureless and less refined than ev9
these sort of industries which r money driven, can never ever match what Indian car manufacturers are making, same goes to Chinese brands. reliability level negligible
Vinfast or tata ke plant me 272 ekad ka difference hai iska matlab 11968000 square feet thoda sa choti nahi hai 😑
Competition is Very necessary In Indian EV market. because in India only few Automotive company And they Increase price together as they Want . And Customer don't have more Options .
I was just about to say so basically reliance and he says it 😂😂

Yes bro, we need ground breaking revolution in Vehicle market in India, just like UPI.
While EVs have gained global recognition as the most suitable zero-tailpipe-emission mobility solution for most vehicle categories, they do not necessarily emerge cleaner than internal-combustion-engine-based hybrid powertrains from a well-to-wheel perspective. According to RC Bhargava, Chairman, MSIL, “Almost 75 percent of India’s energy is today generated by coal, and while it is projected to come down to 50 percent by FY31, in the existing scenario, hybrids (cars) are cleaner than EVs in terms of total carbon emissions.”

While Toyota offers its Atkinson-cycle-based gasoline hybrid powertrains in models like the Innova HyCross, Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Camry, and Vellfire, it also offers its proven technology to Suzuki, which offers it in the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara SUV that claims to drive in full-EV mode for up to 60 percent of its driving time on the road. The strong-hybrid variants of the Grand Vitara contribute to almost 20 percent of the SUV's total sales. Bhargava said that there is still a possibility that the government will recognise the fact that hybrid technology is a cleaner technology in Indian conditions at least over the next 8-10 years.
Bhai America me car bechna mushkil ku h ?
Hybrid cars are the future, depending upon electric cars would take a long time in india due to we ourselves doesn't have proper electricity supply at homes & frequent power cuts throughout the country. Generate electricity through coals is emissions and had every home has their own solar system power generation that would help electric cars to grow in india.
Bro this company use Tata's Platform for making car and For design Pinin Farina( owned by Mahindra)

#MarketOpinion, Vinfast ka jo design hain woh sabse bada critic hain indian auto consumers k liye, kuch aaise design patterns hain jo indian bilkul bhi like nehin karte, jaise ki citroen ke saath hua, similar cheez vinfast k saath hone k bhi sambhabnaya hain. Aur upar se jo bhi problems iss vedio main bataye gaye, uss main kharab driving experience toh hain hi.

It is so shameful for Indian car companies that they are so old but then also they are not able to compete globally. Forget about German or Japanese cars they r not able to compete with Chinese companies also! 😢😢
But bashing our companies won't help. Indian companies have very low profit margin and govt support is poor but at least they are trying whatever they can. Indian customers are very price sensitive we couldn't afford to buy 40-50 lacs car. Hence innovation is very less in our industry
If you are so concerned about india not producing good cars why don't you start this in india ?
Central government should focus on stoppage of electricity through coals instead focus on solar, wind. Etc energies then only encourage electric cars throughout india.
