My truck has around that mileage and i havent had a single problem with it. It runs and feels great the only thing you might want to check out is the transmission not sliipping because these trucks are known for having bad transmissiins.

I have a bagged '08, wild strawberry & light champagne paint with graphite and silver pin stripping, sittin on 4"s with four Kicker L7 15"s, two 2500.1 Kicker amps, one 650.4 Kicker amp pushing all Infinity Kappa highs, four 5x7s, four 1 1/2" tweeters, and two 6x8s. 3 screens, three XS D3100 batteries, 300 amp alternator, etc. Check it out sometime. The only Explorers I've seen in the same league are Nokturnal's one or two, but I don't like the style of theirs
I did that for a buddy of mine you have to take off the rear hitch and remove the spare tire and assembly. Bend some tubing and add what ever tip you want. It looks a lot better than the factory if you will never need to use the hitch for a trailer or a cargo carrier

You can but they don't really sound that good because of the stock radio i would recommend you to put an aftermarket radio.
