When I first played VRCHAT I saw a couple having an ERP session in a public world once and I walked in on it and yeah... It was awkward... They just looked at me like "dafuq?"

Lol, my friends do a whole lot of ERP sessions, I think one of the funniest times that happen is one of my friends said I’m gonna call you my little Cinco de Mayo, but it wasn’t directed towards him but it was directed towards me, and I just felt awkward, but I guess I could be the little Cinco de Mayo lol cause I’m Latino descent
When i see ppl ERP in public lobbies i just stand in front of them and make a jerking off motion and yell out to everyone in the lobby trying to get them to come watch so that hopefully they feel super awkward and go to a private lobby lol

The only actual ERP that I've previously encountered was in roleplaying servers where people's characters would have deep relationships but fading to black was always preferred when it got steamy for most.
People can do what they want though! Just please find a private place to do it!
Edit after watching: I feel so bad for those people who gave trust and had it broken by the other person recording and not telling them they did so. Stay safe out there, folks.

Personally, I rather chill and listen to music or have a conversation that ERP because you can connect with others better that way. You never know what someone is going through and it could mean a lot to them if you they just had someone to listen to them and get all that weight off their chest.

Being one of those people who “did it” in a public world we had some little kid just stare at us for like 5 minutes and then he later asks “what were you doing?” I felt so awkward because the lil fella was 6 and I said we were cuddling. Few minutes go by and he later comes back and says “I know what you were doing” then I laugh my ass off and just left the world with my partner.
