17:48 She nailed it. A lot of people shouldn't be getting married in the first place. They lack the emotional, mental and psychological stability for a 50 or 60 year marriage. Too many mentally weak people are getting married and can't handle their spouses' emotions.

Good discussion and points overall from all guests, including Interesting and sad stories. Very important to expose the unjust Child custody system which is supposed be working in the interest of the child. It would be good to bring on a MP or two to see what is going on in terms of trying to rectify the system (if they are trying anything?)
Shared-care, Child Maintenance, Parent alienation...so much to fix.
It woudl be Interesting to see what contribution ReformUK would make, as since i have been watching/reading on these issues, they seem to be the only ones vocal to expose it and want resolutions.

I know this may be a strange comment for those who are not muslims. But it is the creepiest feeling to hear the account of a kāfir for whom I feel so much empathy and compassion due to his circumstances and downfall being so sad. Normally, those people are so lost they don't know what else to do other than turn to even more self destruction with things like alcohol. As believers, we love for the sake of Allah whom and what Allah loves, and hate for the sake of Allah whom and what Allah hates. Allah loves belief and hates unbelief, so the math is clear. But this doesn't mean we are emotionless and have no empathy or compassion for the unbelievers who were good in terms of character and sociability.
It has been narrated, the prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم was passing by some graves of some unbelievers on a journey with some of the companions and he said he could hear them being punished in their graves and he cried. Due to being very clear about what Allah says about love and hate for the sake of Allah, the companions became confused and said "O messenger of Allah, why do you cry for them, aren't they unbelievers?", to which he responded "Are they not sound from among mankind as we are souls from among mankind?"...
It is sad, especially when the circumstances of their death were the outcome of such a sad story...

Now, I want to take this opportunity to remind muslim men, our community leaders, the strong brothers active in their worship of Allah:
If you have unbelievers around you then remember, surely you will be questioned about whether you tried to show them the light of islām and how and if not then why... do not just watch them slip away on the path to hell. You may be a believer, but understand that you have responsibilities and the unbelievers do have rights over us too and their biggest right over us is that we teach them about tawheed (monotheism) and ēmān (faith/conviction) and invite them to islām...

Don't be too harsh, but also don't be too soft. Tailor how you deliver to different people without compromising the truth إن شاء الله

1:45:00 Excellent point. The family court is a secret court so the Judges can be biased. However it is possible to complain about Judges to MPs, Justice . gov . uk , and the Bar Standards Committee if your Judge is also a barrister. I missed my opportunity to complain because you only have a 3 month window to complain. Not enough men are complaining about their Judges.
