While I won't account for Holtby, Caroll was fantastic, he takes on players well, and towards the end of the 2nd half made a series of fantastic passes. Sadly both of which were given to Adebayor, who thought smiling after every missed chance was a good thing, I can only assume he is thinking of his paycheck.

he came into a new system 8 months ago, if you cant adjust and show SOME sign of your ability by now maybe its not meant to be. He hasnt lived up to expectations, neither has Adeb*yor, neither has Sigg. Dembele is the only one who has been top draw for us.

everyone is saying how bad adebayor played, but sigurdsonn was awful! - the amount of times he lost the ball in good positions was ridiculous - would rather have townsend!

Is Adebayor a striker? All strikers should hit the target regardless of the situation. A lot of pressure but he should at least hit the target! I'd put Dempsey, Sig, Ekotto, Huddlestone and Dembele to take our penalties. Adebayor has decent hold up play but has no finishing skills.
Adebayor is awful the formation we play doesn't suit his play-style which doesn't help either. He simply doesn't score enough or put in the required effort for a lone striker!
We are selling ade in the summer as all he wants is the money and is not interested in playing he gave up at half time and siigurdson never have up and was gutted when we lost
