Filling form does not count as attempt
Only when you give the exam it counts aa attempt

Although it may not be rejected by UPSC but still you should call UPSC Helpline number once and confirm

Qualification for this exam is graduation so upload that one Post grad degree can be added during DAF 2 after mains before interview

Preferably provisional result/marksheet will work
They will ask for documents mainly at the interview stage
There is an undertaking for that which you need only at the DAF 2 stage

Sir, I am from the North East and we are required to upload "Hailing from" certificate. But I do not have Hailing certificate. I have Permanent Resident Certificate(PRC) and I uploaded my PRC's application number and date while filling the form for Prelims. Now we are required to upload 'hailing certificate" in DAF-1. But even when I take my hailing certifcate from the DC office now, the application number and date of the certificate will not be the same as the one I uploaded during filling of prelims form. What should I upload, Sir? The newly got hailing certificate or the PRC(which application number was mentioned in prelims form)? I am confused sir, please do respond.
I think this is a specific request better alternative would be to call the UPSC helpline number mentioned in the instructions

Bro most of people from my state Arunachal have uploaded PRC , but i personally have made hailing certificate ,it takes just a day to make it. however in prelims we have already given our certificate numbers ,so better use the same certificate which u have provided before prelims ,else mismatch in info may land u in a trouble
@@AbcAbc-wz2bk Exactly bro, I was also wondering which to upload, the PRC which I uploaded during prelims or the the hailing certificate which i got some days back. As I already mentioned the number and date, I was also thinking of uploadinf the same PRC in DAF-1 in place of the Hailing certificate.
