I have certificate issued from punjabi university patiala.. there is registration number of certificate. Is that certificate number? And designated authority is Punjabi university or the person whose sign is there at the end .like controller general of exams?
@@gaganbrar1465 Designated authority is the name of the post who issues certificate ..it could be registrar or in your case controller general of exams..Please dont worry about these if your documents are valid..your original documents will be checked again at interview stage
UPSC is very specific about tenth certificate being your date of birth proof. Be that is it may , if you dont have any other document..you can put your birth certificate but in meanwhile get tenth certificate with DOB from your board
