My M140i has very accurate speedometer to. Got a coyote and only 2 km difference at highway speeds.
There is no such thing as accurate speedometers in cars there is always a difference in gps speed and they read less. In fact manufacturers are required to do that.

@S K my mini is a 2016 jcw and it’s fully modified. Dyno says 329 horsepower. I’ve Done a bigger turbo, custom tune, down pipe, exhaust, coil overs, 20 mm spacers 235 tires, front and rear sway bars, front and rear strut bars, back seat delete, water methanol injection, the evantauri intake, and other smaller mods. It’s bitchin fast and corners like a dram.

I went to test drive it this morning. I am selling everything and will buy this car. It’s an absolute joy, I felt like a kid on xmas morning. A beast on corners, amazing torque and acceleration, fast. On top of it, it felt very solid. Go for a test drive, you won’t resist buying one
this car looks like so much fun. i would love to try it for a week or two

Sorry to burst your bubble but you can't compare the two. All day every day a straight six, can't get over it how good it sounds.
The way this car is setup is for rally, so tight winding roads. This seems like it'll do well in tight tracks without too long stretches of road

Here in the uk we have always done the 0 to 60 mph and as usual we change to other countries way of doing things because we are so friggin soft ! Anyway l digress the point l make is the GR4 will hit 60 mph in less than 5 seconds and that is because 60 mph can be hit in second gear rather than having to change to third to hit 100 kph - but to put into perspective that’s a second quicker than a MK2 Ford Focus RS (5.9. / 305 bhp) and virtually as quick as the Ford Focus RS MK3 running 345 bhp - 4.7 seconds - an amazing feat of engineering by Toyota - all backed up with a 5 year warranty. I currently have a GR4 and have owned the MK2 & 3 RS Focuses and all of them are fantastic absolutely fantastic!!

all good but it goes in second gear from 0-100 km/h and 100-200 pull you started in 4th gear instead of third ;) ....
100-200 shows 2 measures.
Taco video might be 15,79 that appear at the end. Dragy result is using third.

Don't get me wrong, this car is awesome. And handling is much more fun that just accelerate and reach top speeds on a straight line. But, one'd think that with +/- 260hp and 230kph top speed the gear ration would be really short, so to reach that speed quickly (like a WRC, although the comparison is not applicable)... but it doesn't seem to be. Other cars with 60hp less are supossed to reach that speed as well (although more slowly); while others with similar power maybe reach 20-25kph more... I dunno, there's something weird here Toyota.
On the other hand, the speedometer is quite honest.
It’s simple. The speed is electronically limited to 230 kmh. This is not really meant to be an autobahn speed cruiser.
