Well, if you think you can do it faster go ahead and localize it yourself. You all self entitled folks seem to think a company like XSEED (let's be honest, the only company competent to localize something like this with the quality it deserves) has some kind of obligation to you all. The game hasn't been out for more than 6 months, it has a gigantic script and you expect them to have it localized within a year~?
The problem is that there's been NO news of whether Cold Steel 3 is getting localized or not. We don't know if XSeed is working on it or not because they haven't said a word about it. If they did, there wouldn't be this much complaining.
1. They don't owe us any kind of localization. So complaining about it is just a byproduct of self entitlement~. 2. Remember SC? They announced the localization in 2011, but the game didn't come out until 2015 because the script was just that gigantic. There's no way XSEED would announce the localization of a game that won't see the light of the day in years because they already learned their lesson. And, by the way, people complain a lot under that situation too~.

1回目は新Ⅶ組の5人だったな。今回は旧Ⅶ組からアリサ、エリオット、マキアス、エマの4人、
ラインフォルト関係者からイリーナ、黒のアルベリヒ、死線のクルーガーの3人、
魔女の眷属からヴィータ、ロゼの2人、正式に紹介されたキャラは全部で9人か。
ヴィータ、ロゼは前に写真でこっそり出てたが、ここで正式紹介されたか。
写真だけだがグエン・ラインフォルト、フィオナ・クレイグ、カール・レーグニッツ、クレア、ランディ、セドリック、ヴァンダイク、ガイウス、ラウラ、フィーも確定だが、いつもの紹介と違い、今作はぶっ飛んでいるな。
次は恐らく残りの旧Ⅶ組メンバーの紹介、その次はランディ達クロスベル組、アガット達リベール組、鉄血の子供や鉄血宰相、結社、猟兵、ヴァイスランド決起軍、皇族などの紹介ぐらいかな。

ⅡやⅢの時と違って、IVは前作が終わってすぐの物語だし、キャラの見た目やイラストが変わらないのはしゃーない。逆に前作と変わってたら不自然なレベル。
新Ⅶ組が変わってるのは、単純に制服→私服になっただけだしなぁ。
マクバーンとかデュバリィとか。今回も使い回しだとしたら、2→3→4と3回も使い回しにw
