NIGHTMARE LOFT ELECTRICS

Its time to sort out the Bathroom electrics. The down lights, extractor fan powered mirror and shaver point need to be installed. But this loft is not very easy to work in at all with multiple trusses in the way it makes for a hard installation.

I know it's expensive but an insulated flex duct would be better

That either needs insulated ducting and possibly a condensate trap. t's going to drip back down into the bathroom. I'm sure the regs state insulated ducting unless I've been installing as over kill . ???? Sure someone in the comments wilt give us there interpretation. Def looks like a pain in the loft . I usually boiler suit and mask up now
