Me , I used Raticate since its was the only dark type in the game and you get befor gym 2 and its realy strong because of that.

Pokemon amiibo should work on pokemon games series because loads pokemon amiibo out there and being wasted since they don't any of Pokemon games on the switch or 3ds .
I remember getting the original Blue Red and Yellow versions. I didn’t realize this was basically an updated remake! Lol I am now saving for a Switch to get these games! Can’t wait 🙌🙌🙌

@@TwilightLink77it’s not the same Zelda fan. Playing Red/Blue/Yellow was the ultimate experience so it’s sad you never grew with them like me and my friends of my age. Let’s Go versions appeal to people who want to remember GEN 1 in a modern way and have already completed R/B/Y in the beginning of the Pokémon history 🎊 🎉
I adore this game, especially as a newbie to the switch and to Pokémon I started playing this, and I’ve already got my first gym badge by beating Brock who was pretty easy. I know there will be a lot more challenging battles that lie ahead, Pokémon has got me hooked nice play through by the way.

The ONLY bad thing in the game is, that you don't have to beat the pokemons before catching them. The good thing is they don't ran away.

The Pokemon DO run away if you fail to catch them a few times.
I remember in silver version. To get Aerodactyl, you have to trade it for Chansey. This style in this game is more realistic.
They need to make a Gold/Silver remake for the Switch. I played the originals for game boy and they no longer work. I can’t save the data and I’ve bought Silver from someone else and it has the same issue. Didn’t play the remakes for 3DS but I’m sure plenty would play if they remade it for Switch.

Seems like this is the dream of all pokemon gamers. Most of people want a good graphic pokemon games with system that same as NDS pokemon. And most of company NEVER make system same with their old games even if they are popular. Thumbs up for this company

Good. I have 1 question to you. Because the player don't answer. What is the point to catch the same kind of pokemon all time? The player has catched enormous of Ratata' Pidgey and all other pokemon. But he only use 1 off them. What is the point to catch the same kind of pokemon? Have a food day.
I like that Nintendo tried to do something different with this Pokemon game; connecting it with Pokemon GO kind of feels like a miss, though. I mean, the Pokemon GO craze fizzled down as quickly as it boiled over. And being this came out 3 or so years after the GO craze, it feels like they were just trying to revitalize and renew the GO app.
That said, I do like being able to play one of my favorite games, not to mention one of my first ever, again on a modern console! Refreshed graphics and reorchestrated classics of the Gen 1 era; it's a definite nostalgia bomb! It's like I'm back in 1st grade in 1997 again!

Can you get experien share in that game? Because usually i raised my pokemon with this in silver and rubby. For eksample i caught 1 machop and evoled that into machamp with it. I don't like to catch 3 of same kind of pokemon.

*Spoilers ahead you've been warned* Just a little side note to these games, at the beginning of these games if you want a female Pikachu/Eevee, then check out the way thier tails look. A female Pikachu has a heart shaped slit in the middle of its tail, where as a female Eevee has a heart shaped white design on its tail. Both are shiny locked I'm afraid😒. And yes you can catch wild Pikachu's and Eevee's in both games. Also only in the Pikachu game at the beginning when your Pikachu follows you, it's the only one to stay behind you when running as all other ones run ahead of the player for some reason.
Got this. I beat this in 6 days. Also to get the Shiny Charm, you HAVE to complete the Pokedex which involves trading which you need Nintendo Switch Online for.

Slightly different from the original release. And that was new to me that you cant fight wild Pokèmon anymore, just catch them or run away. Now the game is all-3D, it gives you a Super Mario 64 feeling!

I hate that aspect. Not being able to fight wild pokemon. It's such a waste of poke balls. I thought I was doing something wrong so I came here to see and nope. You just catch and essentially release I guess?

i have a question. at the same spot. at 10:22:31. you have pokemon from lvl 40-45. mine are 30-35. mostly around 33. every trainer almost sweeps 3-4 of my pokemons. I have cathed almost every pokemon so far. how and why am i so underleved? i face about 90% of trainers as well. what am i doing wrong? Its a bit frustrating.

But I seriously don't mind that the game is not hard, it actually looks like a great game to play and it's actually fun. So if the player and rival live in RED AND BLUES. House where do Red and Blue live??

That’s what made the games hard for me. My team was imbalanced with Pikachu being 60 and my Venasaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Eevee, and Clefairy being level 40. Even Mega Charizard Y was destroyed in the 8th gym.
@@juanca2567 *My rivals slowbro would not die i was on my eevees last legs and all my other pokemon fainted it had like no pp and i managed to knock it out after my rival spammed like 20 potions on it*
@@silverXI22 20 potions?! Slowbro really is annoying. Slowpoke comes to late for practical use in a playthrough and it can’t Mega Evolve until the post-game. A water type is hard to come across and to deal with.
When I bought this game I didn't bother looking at the details. I thought it would be like the Pikachu game on the 64. I didn't realize it was essentially pokemom red blue with Pikachu. I like this much better. I bought the newest pokemom game to get the red and blue experience and really I dont need it. Oh well
