The entire main cast of FRIENDS was phenomenal but David Schwimmer in my opinion, was the most outstanding actor among them. He nailed every expression that was required of Ross. He could make you love, hate, pity, worry about, and empathize with Ross SO WELL. His micro expressions, his intonation, his body language, everything was just superb. His comedic skills were through the roof as well. He was just so so so good on this show! Kudos to the man fr
I could not pick one and say they were best, or they carried the show. The interaction of these 6 was perfect. No one has managed to bring a cast together as good as this group. I love TBBT but they still did not reach the quality of Friends.
Yeah, Seinfeld and Friends had all their main characters contributing equally good. Most other sitcoms were carried by a couple of awesome characters and the rest were meh.
And soon after this, he gets a phone call from Joey asking him if he knows anything about the hooker in their apartment. The message plays out loud for everyone to hear.
I go with "hate the character, love the actor"... I think there was a campaign with the same name because of Game of Thrones: apparently a lot of the villains got a lot of public scorn.
He was a bit misunderstood tho he doesn't mean to hurt anyone and can't tell them the truth risk hurting them so he had to flip and everyone gets mad at him when he just can't explain things properly
He did a masterful job ( writing was fantastic, too!! Eg- “… This Tramp ?!!” “ WHO?!!” “ I’m sorry- Mr. Green-Mona! Mona, Mr. Green” 🤣🤣🤣) - loved the way he played it straight- didn’t over-play it, to come off like slapstick. He Just was serious, but juggling frantically, to satisfy both people! His best, of a nightmare situation!! 👌
@@lucasmoore8801 iirc the message is Joey asking Ross about the hooker in his (Joey's) apartment and since the machine takes it everyone can hear it 😂😂
Every time I rewatch the episode where Mona breaks up with Ross and he says something like, “honestly I kinda judge her for not breaking up with me sooner.” I always think of this scene lol this was her chance and she stuck it out with him still.
His acting ability and comedic timing are a marvel to watch. Here, changing characters / demeanours to simultaneously suit and converse with two others, is flawless. Schwimmer could do any genre; any role🙌
@@Bentong12345 Rachel came to ruin a wedding, Ross saw how she said that emotional 'good luck on your wedding' plus her sudden arrival and she was on his mind. She contributed a little to that mistake. Then when Emily wanted Rachel out of the picture, her instant reaction probably made Ross make up his mind, he was tethering before that scene. Rachel was the one who had the idea to marry him when they were black out drunk and then pretended that wasn't the case. We can't fault anyone for Carol being true to herself. So yes. I'm not putting the blame entirely on Rachel. But she usually helps.
David has always been my favorite actor throughout the series. He had the best expressions to suit every situation. But unfortunately he was so Underrated 🙌
Ross deserves an Oscar for this performance ❤I think it was one of his best scenes in that series #friends #matthewperry WE MISS YOU MATT😭 👇if you miss him too 😊
Poor Ross 😂if all that wasn’t enough there comes Joey on the answering machine saying “ hey Ross there’s a hooker here and we thought you may have something to do with it “
Ross's expressions in this scene were top notch 😂
Especially during “but I didn’t want to” 😂
Probably the best with facial expressions in the whole cast
