Fabulous video Sheila. Probably the one thing that has helped me the most is where you showed how to flip the pliers around when tying off the wire. I’m also getting those Wubbers round needle nose pliers - anything to help my hands!! Now I will set aside some dangle time and see how it goes. Thank you🥰

We use dangles in our crafts. They decorate our journals and some use them on the wall hangings. Suncatchers etc.

Do you use sterling silver or just silver colored? I made jewelry 20 years ago and the bits and pieces I have are tarnished ? Down side of silver. Love to see you work thanks for getting me inspired again
I used to work in sterling when I was doing it more for my wearing things but for junk journal world I use silver coloured wire. I think I have linked my favourite one. It soarkles the nicest. Silver isn’t my fav metal for playing with as it’s hard to find quality.

I would like to know the size of the large bead you use at the top. It seems the many bead dangle videos do not mention the size of the large beads. I realize they may be different

That is such a good question and one I’ve never really thought about either. These beads vary from 10-14 mm. In my videos from here on I will be measuring them.
Never heard of boho bead fibers, can you tell me how you use them ?
When I tear my silk I get a lot of stray fibers. I make fiber beads from them.

I sell random strands of lampwork glass beads. Sometimes I find enough in a colour to make a set of dangles. You will see in other videos what the random strands look like.

When I first moved here I was so amazed by the weather systems. I’d lived on the ocean for so many years and now mountain life was so different. Each canyon has its own weather patterns. And watching the blizzard storms on the peaks was this incredible experience. I’d never seen anything like it. I still love it but am more used to it. Thank you for being kind in your comment.
