Same problema. iPhone 15 Pro in Mexico. I am already on the web browser (not the app) and after tapping on PRIVACY AND SECURITY, the options that show are: 1. Privacy (with bio.. date of birth, etc...) 2. New chats from unknown users (with the Archive and Mute option) and 3. Window title bar (with the show chat name option). But not the Sensitive Content (with the Disable filtering option).
Thank you so much! I could disable it thanks to you. So it can be done only in Web client of Telegram. It is like they have forgot to add it to Telegram app in iOS version.
which country are you at? and did you try this in the web browser version of Telegram and NOT the Telegram App itself? that is very important because this setting does NOT exist in the app itself.
it does show for me. it really all depends on the location, it seems. In some countries, the setting seems to not exist (anymore) unfortunately@@Pranav1221

There is no sentive content on my settings
you have to do this in the web browser of the phone and not within the App itself. If you do it in the app, this option will not be visible.
