Will be there in July. Was it hard getting a taxi? What did it cost, were they plenty available when you wanted to leave? Did you feel safe? I will have my kids with. How long of a drive is it? Food drinks reasonable?
Hi, it was very easy to get a taxi, a woman guided me to one as soon as we exited the cruise terminal area and it all felt very official. She also told us the price each way per person which was four dollars. There were also plenty when we wanted to leave, the owner saw us looking like we were walking out made sure we were happy and not leaving because of any reason but ready and walked us to a taxi to leave. I felt more than safe, but almost like on a guided tour. Your assigned waiter will handle everything for you, drinks, food, lockers, water rentals, everything. The ride is only 4 miles. Food and drink was reasonable, but you must factor in that there is no fee to be there, so food is not super cheap.
I will have a full review just dedicated to Krazy lobster in three weeks.
Is Krazy Lobster a place you can walk to?
2.4 miles, so i would not, but you could if you wanted to.

Hi Stacy, I would certainly not turn down a cruise because of this cabin, but it was very noisy due to the area below it with two hot tubs, two bean bag toss courts and a bar. Then during the day Bolt ran every minute and just shook our room. I would next time choose a room toward the front of the ship or even better a Cove balcony under all that. It did have an amazing view and people watching from there was something also.
