why didn't I think of it sooner - Gear Fifth: Monkey King. Quite fitting since he is about to defeat a dragon king as he did in Journey to the west. He also went to hell (Impel Down) and heaven (Skypea)
Hissey1987 damn u never layd the connection but you are right. The monkey king was said to be born from chaos - luffy is born from the head of the revolutionairies.. arguably revolution is chaos. Wukong. Lived on a mountain with monkey, luffy lived on a mountain with bandids. Wukong had shapeshifting and mainly learned it from an elder, luffy has shapeshifting and mainly trained it with raileigh. Wukong went to sea and defeated the 4 sea dragons. Luffy is fighting 2/4 emperors currently and will probably fight more in the future. Wukong’s story is one with reincarnation, in luffys story people’s will might reincarnate... the old fleetadmiral sengoku might have a more important devil fruit than we tought :o

@@Japaneseanimeguy if you're at all interested in competitive Pokemon you should search "how good was...", I recommend watching the wabuffet one first cause of the current convo but surprisingly wabuffet is actually really good (in competitive). There's a few interesting ones that I never expected like quagsire for instance

Blackbeard feels like an evolving villain that grows like the heroes simialr to naruku from inuyasha where he kept growing more as the series went on.
These bad guys are better overall in stories as it's like seeing 2 stories grow at once.

honestly if he gets Enels Goro Goro no mi its over for everyone, he has counters to luffys rubber but no one else stands a chance against that fruit. i watched a video going in depth about it being the most deadly fruit with intent to kill and its truly terrifying to have and i can see why Oda hasn't used it since Skypia. if blackbead gets it he will be invincible he has the dark fruit which takes a toll on his body but he has great endurance. but with the goro goro no mi he would be able to restart his heart and basically revive himself if anyone was strong enough to even damage him. as well as being able to basically fly and teleport at will impacting the ground and doing devastating AOE damage. its crazy if you think of the possibilitys of that fruit.

@@Japaneseanimeguy well not exactly haki allows you to interact with devil fruit users but not ignore the fruits power for example if Rayleigh was holding sabo while his fist was Hakid up and sabo was using his logia Rayleigh would be allowed to touch sabo but sabo would still burn rayleigh so it's the same thing here i think if shu touched yoru while it was Hakid up it would rust the blade but the haki would allow the blade to still cut through shu's hand

There could be a Zoan Devil Fruit stronger than Kaido's but I kind of doubt it. Sengoku's Buddha fruit seems like it could be as strong or stronger than Kaido's. There could be another more powerful mythical Zoan Devil Fruit out there.

I want to post my nakama theory. So, If it happens some day I will feel good about It haha it's only my opinion I think it's make sense.We already have 10 members in the crew with Jinbei as the Hellsman of the crew. I believe in the theory of the divisions in the eras. 4 nakamas east blue, 4 nakamas grand line, and 4 nakamas new world. The Second nakama to Join are always a female character. I believe carrot will join for many reasons that I won't get in details because I agree with Tekking and all the others theories about her. She will be the second female crew member in the crew. The next one I will get a little bit more details. I believe he will be the last one to Join the crew. Kinemon is the Man. Luffy has asked his half part to join his crew, I believe the DV number theory. His akuma no mi is 2,9. Search more about it, If you don't know what I am talking about. He is a pervert, we would have 3 pervert with Brook and Sanji. He will fit really well as a third fire swordsmen with Brook Ice sword and Zoro. So Luffy can fulfil her dream and Ace's promise. She would also be the hint that Oda gave of the little girl in Going death. Sunny has a 13 number by the side. Meaning the 13 members (Otama and Momonosuke counting as one). Yeah, they are weak. But they don't need to fight BB for instance. BB has 10 members in the actual moment of the serie. But we know he can get another member, because of the 10 commanders. I am not to sure about that but it could happen. What if the horse from BB crew gets a akuma no mi like Chopper. We could have a perfect battle against Chopper, Carrot against the BB doctor and horse. It this happens we would have a perfect 1vs1 captain match, 10 vs 10 commanders match, 1vs 1 pet match. And the two kids could Just be learning from experience or doing something else.

Pretty sure that he'll having 3 by the end of the series. He already has 2 and if the battle at onigashima is supposed to be the greatest war the world has ever seen, it wouldn't be surprising to see BB show up and steal kaidos devil fruit. That would give him a Paremencia, a Zoan, and a Logia. I'm pretty sure its 3 fruits because the BB pirates flag has 3 skulls while every single other crew in the series hasn't even had more than 1. Those 3 skull could be for just design but that's not how Oda writes things, that's definitely symbolism for something. 3 skulls, 3 souls, 3 fruits.
