    That is not how you adjust the B-Limit screw on the rear derailleur. Your chain is way too long, you don't run it through the derailleur. The B-screw should be adjusted so that there is 5-6 mm between the largest cog on the cassette and the top pulley wheel of the derailleur, and NO more.

      Hey@@klein-concept, did you run into any issues with the eRX set yet? I'm unsure if I should be investing into Ltwoo for my own build considering recent experiences by China Cycling, Trace Velo and GC Performance with the groupset.
      Since I went for a frame with full internal routing through the headtube rather than entering the frame on the side, I'm concerned mechanical shifting wont be working clean enough with the bending in the headtube/handlebar area which is why I would like to go for electronic shifting.

    • @klein-concept
      @klein-concept  Před 8 měsíci +1

      @@iTzRafaaaa hey, so far it is working for me but i have only out around 250km on it. So i would not fully rely on my experience with it here as there seem to be some obvious problems with some of the batches. I think if you have some time it might make sense to wait a couple months until L-Twoo have sorted out the issues or maybe consider going for a 105 Di2 as i have seen some discounts recently which have been pretty close to the L-Twoo pricing.

    Really enjoyed this video. Yes, B screw adjustment is compensating for a chain that is too long, never a good thing. Also, next time you fit a hydraulic line, put the olive in the shifter followed by the locking screw tightened just to the point where it touches the olive. Then push the line in. This avoids cross threading.

    Thank you for your excellent video! You singlehandedly did a better job than L-TWOO themselves at explaining this groupset lol.
    For your next video, may I suggest doing a guide to the companion app's pages and functions such as updating the firmware? The individual gear indexing also looks super interesting and I'd love to see how an adjusted eRX handles shifting on a 3rd party cassette and chain versus Di2 which is of course non-adjustable. Funny how Shimano and SRAM don't let us individually adjust cog positions but Campy and L-TWOO do!
    Maybe also do a slow-mo of eRX and Di2 shifting on the same Ultegra cassette and chain so we can see how both perform in a best case scenario for Shimano and see which groupset actually shifts faster/smoother (refer to Jon Maloney Cycling's video on R9270 vs RED AXS).
    Or even installing Shimano or Magura mineral oil calipers to save weight and 3rd party pulley wheels onto RD to improve shifting even more? L-TWOO pulleys are 11T like Shimano, and some Shimano RD can even fit larger 12T and 12/14T pulleys on stock cage.

    Thanks for the video!! I've been searching "ltwoo erx" daily to see if yourself or others have gotten to it yet. All looks very interesting. Am tossing up between eRX and a bigger jump to Rival or 105 di2 with the recent discounts/good prices on both, but this is sorely tempting for being cheaper and being able to run my current calipers, crankset + power meter, and 11s cassettes! Only the thought of waiting for any issues to be polished or ironed out as with the mechanical ones, but firmware updates are easier than hardware ones hey! And maybe you could try and set it up with a 10-speed cassette in another video? I'm surprised you "fixed" the chain tension by adjusting what I believe is the B screw. Unless it really is a fourth screwn (H/L limits, B screw and ?). Chain length is usually set without derailleur (chainstay length and number of teeths on chainrings/cogs). On mechanical groupsets if you end up adjusting the B screw to adjust chain tension you'd mess up the shifting. Maybe it didn't affect it because it's an electronic groupset here? You usually want the top pulley wheel to be as close as possible to the cassette (adjusted via B screw) for faster/smoother shifting.

    Nice guide, but one thing bothers me in your video. When using a torque wrench, the key is how you hold it, and you grip above the handle, which changes the point at which the wrench "jumps". Please note this for the future :)

    Michael I have a question about a part in the box that the Yoeleo instructions really don't explain. The thin half shim that fits the steering tube registration marks of the spacers. What is that used for?

    • @klein-concept
      @klein-concept  Před 11 měsíci +1

      If you are talking about the c shaped shim I think it is a spacer to not have the cap rub against the frame when steering.

    Ltwoo just released a proper brake bleeding instruction and yours is different, they have this called vent screw and you release some pressure inside. Or it doesn't matter?

    Happy to find this video, cause I'm interested in this groupset. I have several questions, maybe somebody can answer.
    1. What is the maximum capacity for the rear cassette? I have to build a custom bike for youth gear meters of development (7,62 meters) and the best cassette would be an xdr 10-36 cassette for my envisaged configuration. But, does it work with 36 teeth?
    2. Can it be configured as an 1x? So, no front derailleur?
    3. Can you not only adjust, but save configurations per wheel in the app? Let's say I have two rear wheels: one has a 10-28, 12 speed cassette (for time-trial), the other has a 10-36, 12 speed cassette (climbing, do-it-all). I'd love to be able, when replacing the wheels, (between races, or during the race, if disaster strikes), to have the settings adjusted and saved in the app for each wheel, and by simply pushing a button, to recall the settings of the rear derailleur from one wheels to another. Something like two or three presets saved somewhere, as I can do with my car's driver seat: it has two positions adjusted electronically, one for me, one for my wife - by the push of a button, I switch between the two positions.
    Thanks!

      @klein-concept  Před 11 měsíci +1

      Hey, thanks a lot for the comment and let me try to answer some of your questions.
      1. The L-Twoo support just confirmed a max cassette size of 34.
      2. If you are ok to have the buttons still on the left hand shifter you could just install it without the front derailleur.
      3. That is a great idea to have something like presets for different setups. Currently the app only supports one setup.

    • @scherzo0o
      @scherzo0o Před 11 měsíci

      I guess that If it works with 34, it should work with 36 as well, even if unofficially. Nonetheless, it seems clumsy to me to stop at 34, when the XDR cassettes are 10-28, 10-33, 10-36. Not to mention that there is a Shimano 11-36 cassette as well (typically employed in CX, but sometimes you can encounter it in grand tours, for climbing, at a pro level).

    • @klein-concept
      @klein-concept  Před 11 měsíci +1

      @@scherzo0o yes i agree. It is just what their support told me. As you say there is a high chance that 36 would still work anyways.

      @klein-concept  Před 11 měsíci

      You can actually switch it in the app from 12 speed to 11 speed. So works on both systems. I set it up as 11 speed so i dont have to get a new cassette.

      @@klein-concept ooh didn’t knew that. I will wait on the long time review. I’m looking to build a new more modern bike.
      Where I live (Curacao-Caribbean) we don’t have that much season changes.
      But I do have a Bianchi 928L (carbon)which I use for everyday rides. (Group rides and races) and I have a Concorde Mistral 340 (aluminum) for off season / rainy days. Both rim brakes.

      Yes L-Twoo confirmed that up to 34 will work but i think you might be even able to squeeze a 36 in there. But no guarantee.
