I belong from Jharkhand but it’s near to Bihar border I am the part of Swarnkar community. Mostly Sonis are trading community but we tried to open different industries in Bihar as well as Businesses but so called Bahubali’s from upper and lower castes are taking extortion money and Trading community are getting killed.

I am college student from small village of bihar. When any relative or villgers meet me they asked when when i get goverment job, my father also motivate me for goverment job. Means that if your child is studying then they should be in goverment service. That,s the mindset of typical bihari, result is 1% get and other 99% remains unemployed and blame goverment for whole life. There is no buisness mindset among bihari, they don,t want to follow any difficult path for success. They only know if you get government job they you will enjoy whole life. Any state can,t be grown if there peole doesn't want to grow. Bihar, up and Jharkhand reduces the per capita income of india.
Dont include UP and Jharkhand with bihar just because they have similarity....UP and Jharkhand ppl at least want development and have ethics.......Bihar despite being poorest dont want to change. It actually is going back to the Lalu era....UP has massive industrial cities like Noida... smaller industrial towns like merrut,kanpur and now lucknow, prayagraj are also growing.. ..... I have relatives from Bihar and have lived in many states.....from what i have seen it has second most bleak future among all states(first being bengal). Some things i observed:- 1. Zero interest of caste players in industry ....caste politics is in other states too but at least they develop industries for jobs. 2. caste voters dont want development as long as their caste people win and they can show-off power to other caste ppl. 3. No industry and no private jobs means everyone is fighting for few gov jobs and therefore reservation becomes a central issue there...more than any other state. 4. From what i have observed, general castes simply dont hold any power in Bihar..most of them already made some other state..so in coming years we will likely see lots of political rivialries there between people of other castes wanting more influence.....unless something like Hindutva becomes a uniting force.

Sharma ji has conveniently landed the blame to Lalu’s jungle raj after Nehru. What Lalu did to destroy Bihar cannot be justified but what was happing between Nehru and Lalu? Corruption and Casteism!!
