I loved their reactions. RM nervous - not something he normally shows (even if he is). Suga in Korean, but short and sweet. Jungkook doing so well with his English and then Jin pulling him away. Tae picking up the trophies every time and not waiting for the rest of the members (not to mention he is just a social butterfly it seems). Jimin doing one little speech, but did it well. Gosh, I need to rewatch to see if J-Hope and Jin said anything. My mind went blank. :) I'll have to Focus On.....that. hehe Now, there were some other beautiful and great performances too, but I don't think there has ever been a fan crowd supporting other artists like the one there to support BTS. Wish I could have been one of them.

I love how genuine our Bangtan men are...Jungkook getting a little flustered and Jin taking him away from the mic showed the world their beautiful and goofy personalities 💜 when I watched it "live" (I live in the West coast of The US, but was not broadcast live?!?!) I was drawn to Hobi...he looked like he was near tears, I would have lost it if he cried! I have been a fan for about 11 months and I am so proud of them!!!
I thought Hobi was close to tears as well. I'm really surprised Jungkook didn't cry because he's known to do that, as is Jimin. Maybe because he had to concentrate on the speech in English the tears didn't flow. I watched from the East Coast starting at 8 pm here, so that would have been 5 pm your time. On ABC.
@@debhouckscraftycottage9288 our broadcast started at 8pm not at 5p so it was before our ABC affiliate broadcasted it. My sister lives in the East coast and rushed me off the phone because they were about to perform Butter and I was still waiting for the show to start😅
The way Jin just copied Namjoon's hand gestures in the 2nd speech😂🤣 and the way Tae pushed Jk and RM at the end....God these guys are too adorable to be true....☺💜

Not only they swaped the show, but also I had to laugh over the red carpet. The interviewers were talking with some other artist and you could hear loud screams starting. That was the moment you know BTS had arrived. Even the interviewer said "I think BTS has arrived"
When BTS touches your heart, it doesn't matter how long you've been ARMY. The love, pride, and support we have for the boys is unmatched by any fandom. We purple them. PERIOD! 💜💜

I love how the boys are just genuinely themselves. On hindsight, when Suga spoke in Korean, I realize that was empowering, in the same way that Becky G spoke in Spanish when she received her award. Suga just reminded everyone that they are the FIRST Asian act to receive Artist of the Year in the history of America. That's breaking boundaries. The boys are opening opportunities, and setting a new chapter for themselves. They were there not as Kpop, but as artists that have captured the world by their story and music. So so proud of them.

Congratulations BTS !!! RM was very nervous so at one point he gave a jumbled up speech. They won all three!!! The speeches were beautiful!!
RM mentions ‘a small boy band from Korea ‘because of the dismissive remark made by Anne Hegarty ( from the UK tv show ) on twitter about them being insignificant. RM has really latched on to it and now talks about being a small boy band, just to throw a bit of shade to her.

I discovered them in February this year and watching Grammy a month later I was so nervous for them and heartbroken that did not win- it was only a month knowing them but it felt like I have been a fan for years. As others have done Sammy.. cried and laughed all in one minute. They are so adorable and you can see from what has been shown over the last few days how much they are relishing being able to perform again. Those of you who are lucky enough to be able to go to SoFI Stadium take all the love from everyone else who cannot be there. I live in the UK and our travel is restricted, if it wasn’t I’d be there in a heartbeat as I am lucky enough one of my best friends lives in LA. God Bless them all

I totally know how you feel, I found BTS October of 2020 so it's been just over a year, and I think of them like my best friends and like their family. They are amazing and fun and talented, and I'm going to get to see them live in 6 days! I can't believe it's actually going to happen.

Yes, the word "Why?" kept popping into my thoughts. Again and again! And just imagine trying to calm down and sound professional while stooping over to make your speech. It's enough to make a leader jumble his words and make a maknae lose his FOCUS, lol!
