On this weeks adventure in Spain, we're exploring this magical abandoned mansion in the mountains which has been sitting vacant for several years. Inside, we find incredible architectural features and elegant ornaments. This mansion was owned by the founder of a college in the same town, which mainly focused on educating the local municipality in the English language. The school also lies abandoned today, and during this adventure we'll venture a way inside.

Some house look big outside but small inside...but this is the opposite...this house looks so small and simple outside but incredibly big and beautiful inside...those doors in every room are priceless.
My heart just breaks that this house is being torn down. 💔 I hope the school doesn't meet the same fate. Even though the properties were empty, they were beautiful & unique. I've told you this before, but it bears repeating. What sets your videos apart from other's is your professionalism, cinematography, story telling & the overall production of your videos. In almost 2 year's I have never seen one that I didn't enjoy or love. Great job, gentlemen. 👍❤️
I can't believe they are going to tear that beautiful home down. Good video guys. Thank you for sharing. 😊
Omg.....so beautiful! Its a shame its going to be demolished! I don't know how they can destroy such beauty!
They haven’t got the skill now days to build anything close to this beautiful place.. love the green fireplace LOST FOREVER 💔
There is the artisans to do this. You can look at houses that cost millions that have all kinds of bells and whistles but there isn't that value on such beautiful and wonderful things such as the stoves this house has. Such a shame.
Or the knowledge
Yes..if they can take the time and money to demolish a wonder like this...there's something wrong here.
I am almost without words! Oh my goodness...... how can the government allow this place to be pulled down! The architecture is beyond my imagination!!
Incredible!! Thank you so much for sharing this before it's demolished!
Heartbreaking!!
Totally heartbreaking!
One of the best palazzo ever!! 💕
This is literally breaking my heart. To tear that down..I'm in tears
Gracias muy bonito video
Thank God you had the opportunity to document this stunning home. It's too sad to imagine tearing this place down.
Your video was so beautiful, thank you so much for the opportunity to see such beautifully build buildings. It is sad that they will be destroyed , and not rebuilt to their beauty.
I like to thank you for sharing such beauty when many people that are unaware of all these beautiful castles and mansions in other countries thank you great job guys
Heartbreaking that this is being torn down 😢 Glad you managed to document it for posterity. Such beautiful features. As an English teacher I would feel an affinity for the guy who owned it.
Who says it's being torn down?
@@chaosdemonwolf1 the two wandering around shooting video. Demolish & torn down mean the same.🤦
@@loloholmes2793 Well yeah.
But you know who needs our past? Our history? You know these buildings have stood the test of time and are beautifully built and great love and pride was put into building every single home, school, whatever the case may be. So we're going to tear it down for some shitty subdivisions that the houses built on won't even last 100 year's, maybe if you're lucky. This saddens me, more than that it truly hurts my soul. They continue to so this very thing to all the historic homes and buildings where i come from and no one cares about these beautiful and cultural important places. I don't want to live on this planet anymore.
Wow! Wow! This is immaculate! Im shook! The roof tiles! How could they demolish this magnificent piece of art?! Thank you!
The abandonment of these properties, very sad. This school, so good. Congratulations 👏👏
Oh my that roof!! My heart just is breaking that this mansion, a work of art, is going to be torn down. People tear down lovely old homes to build McMansions instead. I don't know if the problem is that much that people cannot afford such places or more that these places are not valued enough to be restored.
It is tragic that they couldn't have had this house and the school both declared Historical Landmarks. This place is mindblowingly beautiful inside! I literally said "WTF!" out loud when you first went inside!!! Thank you so much for filming this!!!
Magical mansion indeed. such a pity it's abandoned.
Absolutely beautiful! The top floor might have been a place for beds for the students. Unbelievable this place would be demolished.Another jewel in the crown of y’all’s explores.
Cheers from Sugarland Texas
Such a sin to think of the home being demolished. So much craftsmanship gone forever.
That mansion! I could just imagine what i would do with it.... if i were super rich and lived in Spain.. lol...ty guys!
Gorgeous Mansion and School. Again its such a shame, that buildings like this can go to waste, when there are so many homeless people, all those rooms and beds, would save so many lives. Heart breaking
thank you for taking us to places we would never be able to see.
I love your videos
Such a shame they are going to tear down that beautiful home! It’s so beautiful! The school was also wonderful! But what a waste, they should try and do something with it for sure. Would like to know more history on it. Thank you for taking us on this adventure! Well done!
Wow what a amazing mansion it a shame they just abandoned it.
How sad to lose such stunning beauty. The flower heads of Queen Anne's Lace at the entry reminded me of my late mother. It was her favorite flower. To think of this beautiful place being destroyed is actually painful.
Beautiful this is a great find along with the school it breaks my heart that it is abandoned if only people would realize what is right in front of them and to put this property to use and not tear it down it's so sad.
- The school were definitely private school. School for the gifted maybe? Or school for the one that they can pay. Have you check it the amount of student desks on the classroom? -Where limited, this warranted the attention and quality of education giving by the teachers to the students.
I think was school for international affairs where English language were the priority language they will master. - I see lots of future potential in this building. It’s so beautiful.
Love it 😍 Thank you!
En España hace años que se imparte el idioma Inglés desde la primaria , en colegios públicos , concertados , privados , los colegios concertados antes eran privados y también desde hace años el gobierno se encarga de la parte económica ...
What an incredible architecture! Its splendid beauty is something for keeps. The place needs to be restored instead of demolishing it. My heart aches for this one! Thanks Explomo for a great find!
Absolutely one of the most beautiful 💝 Thank you for the beautiful tour, stay safe gentlemen, much love from the states💝
What a shame this place cannot be a national historic place
The door handles and hardware is amazing
I had to stop watching the video to say that intro was off the hook. Artistic, thoughtful and timed perfectly. Bravo guys!! BRAVO! Ok back to watch the vid...cant wait!
Thank you for capturing these lovely buildings. Much love
Wow! So beautiful and such detail. So sad it can’t be fixed back to what it was! And the school is beautiful too! Loved the tile💜
I lived in Europe for 5 years...early 90's so I didn't video anything. I explored all over. Your videos are unreal. Thank You!
I think this mansion is my favorite one so far! The architectural details are amazing. I’m hoping that before it’s demolished that salvagers are given a chance to rescue some of the woodwork, chandeliers and plaster details. It looks like it was a majestic place to live. The school was interesting - especially with all the tile work! Thank you for taking your time to capture all of this before it disappears!
Right? What I would give for the woodwork in just one of the rooms and those huge wood stove's bout brought me to tears.
Olá Carrie , como você é linda 😍👍🌷
And the windows and doors 😲
No way can I believe that someone would demolish this beautiful place without taking the chandeliers, doors, molding, tiles, windows, and etc! 😳😳
Thanks for Taking me around! Beautiful history of times before. You guys are special kind of historian!!! The families of these buildings here and gone are grateful just like me. Leave a Mark! Education is required to make better choices.
So sad there going to tear it down with all those beautiful chandeliers and fire places. Just an amazing place. The school is beautiful inside as well. Take care Maureno and Remon and ty for another great video. 🙂✌
Wow. I can't believe this beautiful house is going to be torn down. What a shame.
I'm crying ,such a shame to tear it down .
This place is absolutely breathtaking! The chandeliers and the woodworking in the furniture and the ceilings are absolutely gorgeous! I can't believe they want to demolish it. It breaks my heart please save some of it!!!
I absolutely love that house and would love to have those fireplaces in the hallways! The paintings are absolutely beautiful, and I’m glad that y’all explored that. I love the tiles in the school. That alone would be worth salvaging, although I don’t understand why people abandon these!
What an amazing find! I'm in love with the house. In Spain we call this "palacete" which basically is a small palace. Incredible. Thank you!

Wow! What an amazing place! It’s heartbreaking to think of it just being smashed to pieces! That’s insane!
Stunning home such a shame it will be demolished. Maybe the house in the school grounds was the Caretakers house. Another stunning find guys ❤
The thought of this magnificent place being destroyed makes me want to weep 😭. In the USA there are companies that go to the owners of properties scheduled for demolition, and they bid on the items that they want to salvage.
That's so sad they are going to tare it down !
So unbelievably beautiful !
Thank you for taking us there. ❤
The owners home was beautiful and the school he built was a 0plus. Thank you for the tour. Hopefully you don't get soaked when you leave. Please stay safe and I'm already waiting for the next video..
what a pity , its so sad, especially there could be still used . You go through a lot to do the job , so thank you from the bottom of my heart
I can't wait to watch this when I get back home from my Covid test. Cya soon!
Good luck
Sending positive vibes for your test to come back negative!
@@jaymeztherapper2496 Thanks!
@@nocatfishnana1923 Thanks! I've been unwell for 2 weeks so thought I'd better get tested. I'm sure it'll be negative, but I need to rule out Covid before my Doctor will see me🤷
Wow, walking with you into this mansion, feels like stepping into a dreamscape. Greeted by angels as we enter, beautiful chandeliers making prisms of light. I imagine myself laying on the floor looking up to beautiful ceilings and getting lost in the museum of art. Thank you Remon and Maureno you are so appreciated and greatly loved ❤
Wow, beautiful big house. I just don’t understand how they don’t do anything with this beautiful houses. You guys are awesome❤️👍🏻👍🏻
So beautiful, oh my,so gorgeous ,I hope someone buys this beautiful place
The amount of tile in the building is amazing
Think of how much wear and tear that would prevent! Makes me want to tile all of my walls! 😁
Thank you for the trip back in time. Loved seeing those architectural details in both places. The roof of the manor blew me away. Wow!
So Gorgeous.what an amazing home.I just love the way you take your time video ing all the details.love love love.Amazing stoves.
What an awesome place! The mansion was absolutely mesmerizing, the ceilings, chandeliers all the marble everything was beautiful. There was no need for furniture, but I appreciate the inset of what the rooms looked liked furnished. As for the school the tile was wonderful and thankfully not destroyed. I wish it could all be saved but I am glad you documented it.
Thanks for one more of this high quality explo,,I'm in shock that the place will be demolished,is a beautiful mansion.you both are so handsome and very professional ,thanks .
I love how you dignify the architecture in this fabulous building. Doesn't necessarily need the furniture to imagine how absolutely glorious it was in its day. U have become quite intuitive at giving ur viewers what interest them! Thank you
Thank y'all for another beautiful exploration! It is so sad that it's all going to be torn down. The amount of beautiful tiles on the walls of the school are just amazing! A real shame that it to will probably be demolished. Such a waste!
Love your arial shots. Magnificent home and school. Just amazing be safe and well ❤️❤️
I loved this video! The mansion is one of the most beautiful you have shown. I am so glad you documented it. And the school is huge. I wonder how many students attended. It is definitely the most gorgeous school I have ever seen. I love that Remon is back. I missed him in the last video. It takes both of you together to make the best discoveries. You are a great team 🥰. Thank you for taking me on this wonderful exploration 😃 I won’t forget the incredible work and art in that house!
Why in heavens name would anyone want to tear this beautiful home down? It should be on a national registry.
The tile in the school is worth a fortune! So great taking!
In general this place seems to have survived quite well! The architecture is magnificent 😉👍 with divine cealing paintings. Excellent explore.
It's a sin to tear it down!! Beautiful!!
Amazing home even without furniture. Sad to hear a gem like this is meeting the wrecking ball.
There is still plenty of things that could be Salvaged in this beautiful house. How sad😞
Goodness why tear it down no way brings tears just seeing this mansion wow
This school building would be a good homeless shelter for young adolescents, new purpose.Charitable organizations can make use of it.The Caritas organization in Spain is still in operation.
Oh, was this a school? I guess I missed that part, I thought it was a private home.
@@pinkyvdt yes it was a boarding school.
Oh wow, I just got to the part where they go to the school. U would think it could be saved somehow.

The most beautiful house I have ever seen.
Just what we needed on this gloomy day! Thanks for taking us along👌😊😊😊😊❤️
The tiles in the school are certainly very beautiful.
Beautiful, beautiful high stoves and the wood working is fabulous beyond words. So sad to think of it destroyed. Thank you, sweet Maureno and Remon.
I hope they save many of the features in there before destroy
what a great video, yet again. I always smile when I see Remon in the introduction - you two really work well together ! That Piano was a 'Player Piano', which played perforated rolls. I have a working one here at home in England. What a shame the building is going to be demolished, but as you said, nobody can afford such a place any more. Keep safe, and I'm already looking forward to your next 'adventure' :-)
3Rd floor would have been servants quarters. No heaters there you notice. The one small room would have been the butler or housekeeper's office.
Thank you so much guys! Such wonderful video, as always. Such a shame that such beautiful historical buildings cannot be renovated and made into museums for the community & for visitors of the town. 😔
You were sooo right to get in there: the hallway, ceinlings and staircase are gorgeous !
Hopefully someone can save all the usefull things especially the stained glass before demolition,hi Maureno and Remon watching fr BAGUIO CITY PHILIPPINES w/ love
OMG ! It’s heartbreaking , this incredible mansion is going to be distroyed ! The wallpapers were amazing and the floors , too ! Even the roof of the building was awesome and not to forget the beautiful stained glasses of the doors ! It’s really a terrible loss when this remarkable mansion is destroyed forever ! Thank you guys for this video, it was a wonderful journey ! Stay safe and healthy !
Demolish that??!! It's in much better shape than other old abandoned places tbh. Sad that nobody is buying it up & restoring
I hope someone will take the tiles and use them somewhere. Both buildings were spectacular!
Art work was amazing thank you so much for sharing this with us liked the school too keep it up guys
love this place! so sad they can't save it
Who would want to tear this beauty down?!?!
The State probably owns it & it's being torn down because empty abandoned buildings always attract kids & squatters. Inevitably it becomes a safety & liability issue.
Oh my goodness!!! That's beautiful.... Maureno and Remon you guys always find the Amazing and incredible places, I love your videos 💖 💖💖
Makes we want to cry and scream at such a waste of pure BEAUTY!!!
This is sooooo sad that it will be demolished. It's beautiful...What a shame....Those stoves are beautiful. I never saw anything like them before..It's so nice that you were able to document this place. I've never enjoyed an explore more without furniture and belongings. Thanks guys...
The mansion was exquisite and you captured it so beautifully. As always, the music you chose was absolutely perfect. The school was a surprise, really quite lovely with the tile work and wonderful touches like the star in the floor. Thank you for all of it.
Guys this was a great explore what a beautiful place !!!!!! Love you guys and stay safe 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
Thank you both
This is a magnificent place!
Ah, Explomo! Thank you so very much for this wonderful video. The house was magnificent! I loved all the beautiful woodwork and architectural features. I could visualize myself sitting in front of one of the tile fireplaces feeling the heat radiating from floor to ceiling to keep the room warm. The chandeliers were beautiful and would have added 'sparkles' to the lighted room. The school was very interesting. Many private schools went from K - 8th grade or K - 12. I don't think it could have been an international school, although it was a boarding school. Many of the schools in Washington State are language immersion schools. Our local school is a Cantonese language immersion school. For the first 3 years all school is presented in Cantonese only. Years 4 & 5 have one or two courses in English and the rest in Cantonese. Their education continues with more classes in English but Cantonese is still taught. It might have been something like that. I wonder if anyone has ever counted those beautiful tiles. They were totally amazing!! I am surprised you didn't find a chapel in the school. Anyway, it was a beautifully filmed and moderated video. Thank you so much for documenting such a wonderful place.
Hi dear friends from fabulous team Explomo, Your videos are always belonging to the very best explorer vids. And - you once more made my day!
Especially the mansion of the college founder was really breathtaking to see. - Even without the original furniture some rooms were wonderfully
decorated and surprising to see. I was speechless about the beauty of the ceilings the golden door arches and the beautiful chandeliers.
It makes me sad to hear, that this historical location is set for demolition. I can hardly believe that! - But it is always the same. Especially
beautiful buildings of the late 19th / to 20th century are quite often disregarded and seen as locations of a minor cultural historical value.
This was also in my country a tendency especially in the 1960ies t0 the 1980ies, when suddenly the authorities began to see later the deep
cultural value also of this time period. You must consider, that exactly in this period we can find breathtakingly beautiful but rare examples
of the art nouveau and art deco/ art moderne style. A lot of wonderful architectural examples of the historism, art nouveau and art deco
were simply demolished and had been replaced by bland modern buildings with no art historical significance whatsoever. - Also the part
of the college was very interesting to watch. Here I also liked the very decorative tile work, which was in so many parts of that huge
school building visible. I tried to imagine how this school might have been back in the days, when it was full of life.
Wonderful explore, dear friends! - Thank you so much for documenting this amazing place before it completely disappears. - A pure pleasure
to watch and very interesting! - Take care, peace and lots of blessings. Kindest regards from sunny but cold Switzerland.
Very well said. I totally agree! 😊👍🏼
@@RSmith-nw1ql , Thank you very much. I appreciate a lot. - Kindest regards.
Ah, Willy! You did it again and described everything I was going to try to do. (Not as well as you, though!) I always enjoy reading your comments! Take care, stay well and enjoy your snow!
@@RSmith-nw1ql , Hi thank you so much, I really appreciate. - Kindest regards.
@@RSmith-nw1ql , Thank you. - Kindest regards.
Amazing, the best Ive seen for a while. The house features are superb, I love the wood panels and the fireplace and the room at 4.15 is just so fantastic with the those two columns by the fireplace. The floor boards are beautiful wood, everything is beautiful The schools was a very worthwhile and interesting place. You can sort of sense that it would once have been busy with pupils and teachers and not just a school but a home for those pupils and teachers during term time. Full of life and still somehow perhaps some of that spirit remains? But then as you said, this is due to be demolished - the house and I guess the school sometime. It is a crime and such a loss for the house to go and yes surely the school could have been converted in to something - love the tiles by the way
just amazing and adorable. raining outside is soothing lovely
It saddens me to see such a beautiful part of our history lost to demolition! I just can’t find any clear understanding as to why this would e destroyed. What has our world come to that we can just disregard these masterpieces.
You guys have the best channel !!!thanks for taking us on this amazing explorations love u guys 😊💞

It breaks my heart to see this beautiful place not being filled with people to love it. This is my favorite. I have watched places being refurbished that were so delapidated it was basically starting over. This place stole my heart. I will pray it is saved. Great video. 🙂❤
