    Dan is a genius. I've owned his amplifiers for 25 years since he was the owner at Krell. Yes they are high priced but compared to other choices in the same price range, they excel by every objective and subjective metric you can define.

      Why did Krell disappear? Cus it was a dumb as this stuff

      @@OMGWTFLOLSMH krell like Levinson and so many other bs over priced nonsense are irrelevant...and I consider nonexistant...since what they do is market total nonsense. Live events. Studios don't use this dopey stuff...like the carver nudnick...how many different failed brand names did he try..all gone

    Is this pure Class A biased? up to what power is this amp works in Class A?

    • @billmckiegan5710
      @billmckiegan5710 Před 5 lety +1

      The Relentless Monoblocks operate in Class A bias up to 100 W.

      so the amp just sounds good up to 100W only, for sure.

      @@cengeb sour grapes. If you can't afford it, it's nonsense. These amps are made to be fun, dynamic and good looking. Start working hard and ruining the fun 4 people who can actually buy that stuff.

      @@CountOfWoodlands buying AUDIO, not a copper mine...this stuff is just over hyped, marketed nonsense...what does that meter do, it has no purpose related to sound, or anything, it's as dumb as a painted rock, McIntosh meters are dumb, this is beyond moronic

    • @CountOfWoodlands
      @CountOfWoodlands Před rokem

      @@cengeb stop fukin badmouthing , okay? I own some McIntosh amps and they are great. There are people who love great looks and a massive built, doesn't necessarily need to add better sound. Most audiophiles love aesthetics, it's both sound and visuals that make up the enjoyment.

  • @cengeb
    @cengeb Před rokem

    the inside of the stuff is generic components like other stuff for much less. It's over packaged mediocrity....paying for glitter, with no substance. McIntosh is 1956 technology, trying to stay in business in 2022...it's not going to. Neither are any of this kind of nonsense.
