I don't like a cooked breakfast unless in special circumstances (and I would just smell the egg and use it). I usually force down some cereal or bread or protein pancakes, I really don't have a lot of appetite in the morning but need to eat, cannot skip it
My standard breakfast is milk with fine oat flour mixed in. Stirred and heated until it thickens to a nice, thick drink.

If you go to the doctor, they can test you for allergies. You can develop allergies later 8n life to things you weren’t allergic to before.

Thank you for the video! I would sniff the egg deeply to ensure that all was well and then eat it, cooked in some way. Eggs tend to go smelly when they go off. I have had bad experiences with milk and even spinach, but never with an egg.

Could it have been that liquid eyeliner that you were allergic to? Since that looks like the only new thing you had on your skin and just before that party too.
If the egg was cracked, but not broken membrane, only use it for baking. If it's completely cracked open and you know you didn't do it, toss it. Salmonella is a concern or any other bacteria that would thrive in an egg environment - especially if you do not wash and refrigerate your eggs. Having said all that, I do not know if it all applies to eggs in the UK. The commenter that said to give the eggs a good sniff could be right, as that is a very reliable way to check most food. I would check with the food safety authority in the UK about eggs specifically before I trusted that method because I'm sure that is not true for eggs you get from a grocery store in the US.
