- The plaintiff claims her neighbor, the defendant, is in an abusive relationship with her boyfriend. During one of the defendant’s many arguments with her boyfriend, the man ran into the plaintiff’s vehicle, so she’s suing for damages. The defendant argues the plaintiff gave her a sketchy estimate.

I don't think this neighbor is nosy at all! My opinion is that they involved her into their business, by knocking on her door, and wrecking her car. I consider nosy knocking on the door, walking up to them, etc. Not if her neighbor's fight loud in public, and have her looking outside.

The defendant talking about the plaintiff’s ventricular septal defect (VSD) AKA hole in her heart, is so wrong, especially with how she wrecked her car. 😥
Judge Mathis asked the defendant what was her defense.
And her defense was that she didn't like the way the plaintiff boyfriend approached her boyfriend. And that she gave her a sketchy estimate. There was nothing sketchy about that estimate. The only problem was with that estimate is that it had a dollar amount that they could not afford.
The plantiff very clear communcater and did really well explaining everything and i dont think she was a nosy neighbor at all they involved her by coming ng to her door and breaking her car she does not have to stoop low to the defendant's ignorance and bad behavior.
Its giving crackhead vibes at the end.. from both defendant and her man, the teeth stayed clenched for a reason..and be careful what you pick at you will end up with a hole in your heart, lung, and throat

Everything the plaintiff said is true. I know her man didn't threaten them with violence, that elderly man in the pinstripe suit at the end trying to get her away from them ain't about violence, he about making sure the tithes ain't light on Sunday.

I wonder why all that aggressive energy that the defendant is now showing wasn't shown to her boyfriend rather than running to her neighbor's house to call the police on him (that's a figure of speech because I really don't wonder why). Even the dusty tried to hold her back. He knows better than to show out in public. Props to the plaintiff's boyfriend also. The two women shouldn't have had anything negative (and that's putting it mildly) to say to each other after the verdict was rendered.
