Ik this is kind of redundant seeing as it's the last essay crisis video but girl. You don't need to justify you running out of time/being under pressure to finish an essay. Stuff happens to all of us and screw the people that might judge you for it, plus yall get a lot of essays in your course anyways

Oh god...yes. I mean im not a masters student but it really does feel awfully lonely when stress hits you and it just feels like everyone is doing great keeping themselves together except for you. I appreciate that she chooses to share with us her challenges🤍

Honestly going to miss these essay crisis videos. They give me so much motivation but Vees energy is everything.
See, I could never do this because with my course essays, I be having to find tonnes of research/literature to support my claims (biggest nightmare ever), like literally 30-50 pieces of evidence per essay, so it always slows my flow massively. If I could just write a whole essay without having to do academic literature searching, I would be able to smash out a 2500 word essays in a full day, but girllll, with all this research, I need at least 4 days and that’s desperate. Really, I’d need a week 😭. I hate this! 😩😩
Literally everytime I’m writing an essay due in a few hrs I come back to watch your videos for motivation (and a hint of procrastination) because it really gets me to actually start doing it

I almost screwed up my finals in my FINAL year of uni.
I stayed in the Computer Room which was the closest study space from my apartment, almost 24/7 for at least a few days before the exam. And I would go to one of the cubicles in the toilet, cry, and go back out to study.

Yes definitely! I'm in 3rd Year of my History Honours degree at the University of Glasgow and our recommended reading lists for essays are insane! I'm 36 years old and trying to juggle family life and my job with my degree is hard going. Time management is everything!
Vee, I am glad that you finished your essay. Writing essays can be very stressing especially with all the books that you have to read and the number of words that you had to write, but you did. I speak from personal experience because I went through the same process as you. My tutor was always nice to give me extensions.

Yesterday I was going through a similar experience because on an essay I had due at midnight and hadn't even finished getting all my bibliography in order but you video really helped me stay calm and push through. I only watched a small part of it yesterday since I really didn't have time haha but now that the essay is done and turned in I decided to come back and finish it.
