@@AlisKingdom update:your advice works. Only damaged one decal cos i was impatient and used a bit too much softer. Luckily had backup decal

Great video! Can I skip mark softer step if I am applying the decal on a flat surface?
This video hits just the target of my latest research. I am wondering if my waterslide decals, applied on a real motorcycle fairings, once top coated with a very hard clear coat (for automotive use), will stay still or detach in time with all the vibrations and bumping of riding. What do you think? Do I need a setter?

I have a question
1. is these a MUST for older kits like 2005 old?
2. is top coat enough? or do I use top coat with setter and softer to ensure the decals stays there permanently
1. I'm sorry, I never touch old modelkit :(
2. using of setter before topcoat is just like preventive measure to make sure the decals stay in place in between you prepare your topcoat
I used a standard decal to apply on my gunpla but at the moment I noticed that some of my decals start to peel off like it lost its stickiness can I use the mark setter to make it stick to my gunpla again ?

How about mark setter + mark softer? Is it as easy to scratch/ peel off as with only mark setter applied or does the combo of setter + softer protects the decal better?
