But not the Slayer ! The Slayer pretty much have infinite stamina, he literally killed demons non stop for eons in hell without eat, sleep, or drink.
Some things that are subjected to change. DMR will be getting a redesign similar to how it is now, but with a cleaner look, updated sprites by Metalman, and new and redone animations. The current Underbarrel Grenade Launcher upgrade for the DMR is also going to be merged with the new replacement upgrade Heavy DMR (HDMR). Rocket Launcher will be getting a scope mode, sprites are already in the mod and have been coded, but it had to commented out due to bugs.
The attention to detail is amazing and wonderful! Love all the little touches in the animations of the weapons, explosions, and gory twitching chunks of meat.
Awesome video, man! PB has to be one of the most badass mods for Doom out there. Just one tiny little gripe, you forgot to show the night vision mode for the Railgun's optical zoom. But other than that, everything was spot on. :)
4:24 “w/ Triple Barrel Upgrade” Now you’d think there would be just 3 barrels on the spinny thing, maybe a slower fire rate but more accuracy you’d assume like in Fallout 4. But just like everything with Doom, it pulls your shins towards them and slaps your shit silly.
the UAC 43 carbine really is my favorite. the thing just looks and acts exactly how an assault rifle in an FPS should. I liked the look and sound a bit better in 2.03 but the more G36C style of this version is dope too.
Well you can get a LOT of gore with Project Brutality, this video simply has the gore completely turned off, which is kinda sad. I assume it's done for performance reasons, which is weird because some of the postprocessing effects are on and these have way more of a performance impact. It's pretty difficult to find good settings with GZDOOM+PB since there are a LOT of options.
@@lepe : The new blood effects are much less system demanding I believe. They're no longer the psuedo-3D blood fountains in the older version, which were no doubt more demanding on the CPU. Plus the splatter decals don't z-fight as much which is nice.
@@Chibi1986 True, but it doesn't really matter since both were always much less demanding than some of the post processing effects offered by GZDOOM, which on top of this actually make the game look worse (imo).

the "recoil" after the plasma rifles is still an awful idea i find, "easy" enough to edit the frames out in SLADE i guess but still not sure why breaking up the time between separate attacks is there

It’s still there, the guy who made this video just has dual carbines enabled in settings.

in version 2.0 and 2.03 the demon tech rifle reloads faster also the caustic mode allows higher damage but slower projectiles

So far in my games of this wonderful mod I have never found the improvement of the double-barreled shotgun to be 4 :(
The quad-shotgun addon allows you to fire powerful Fire Waves against enemies, but they take 10 health each shot.
