No no, this is quite normal in all female dogs. Even I have a female german shepherd from last 5 years and she gets this fake/pseudo pregnancy twice in the year. This is quite normal.. this has nothing to do with normal pregnancy

Ma'am thankgod candy is in good and trusted hands, my pug also developed a pseudo pregnancy, gave her the same homeopath pulsita, she slowly cleaned her self, but after a year she developed a pyometra it was closed at first and we only found it out once it opened.. she could not hold up untill the surgery. Small breeds mein bht normal hai yeh, mujhe ajtk regret hota hai ki main kya different karti toh yeh ni hota, putting this up here czi love candy, if there is even a slightest chance of an infection. May she get back to her normal self soon.❤️

This Pseudo pregnancy was my presentation topic for my M.Sc special paper in final year...... This is a very common phenomenon in dogs...... In humans it is pretty rare .. A very interesting topic, all regulated by disbalanced hormones.

My pepper faced the same situation in 2020..It's known as false pregnancy..they feel as if they r pregnant but they aren't..

This happens to humans also.when someone is psychologically obsessed with being pregnant,she starts to have fake pregnancy symptoms.thats why prolactin level increases in a woman.nothing to worry.but candy needs to be taken care more for her mental condition.Like she used to be before getting pregnant.

Well this motherly instinct thing happened with my Rabbit.
Just in the form of an instinct , my Rabbit started shedding its own fur and started making kinda "nest".
I think these symptoms are due to hormones.
Its surprising that pets even if they are secluded from their society, "without knowing what pregnancy means, as they don't see such things and are therefore unaware of such concepts" have these things embedded deep inside their genetic memory.
