That sounds great good job just needed a bit of gas lol once the carb is tunned will be awesome good to see your still doing good and yes protect your hearing
I'm actually working on a 383 stroker and I have a question for you. I'm using a one piece rear seal block for this build. I've got another 350 block that has already been clearanced. I've got a tool ordered like the one you used when you did yours. Could I set the tool up using the block that is already clearanced then use the tool to clearance the one piece rear seal block?
406 sounds amazing! Great job! I would like know what your thoughts are on using a stock 400 block to build a 434 ? The machine shop I use said he can get me a set of 6 inch rods that requires less machining in the pan rails and bottom of the bores and to clearance everything. Plus the crank I'm using has the 327 small journal rod diameter of 2.0.
Well since I last messaged you I have scored 3 blocks . I bought 2 283s one is a partial engine still has the rotating assembly . Other is a bare block the other block is a 1956 265 . I'm looking forward to rebuilding it and possibly using a set of high output 305 heads that have 53 CC chambers and run a thin head gasket a zero deck the block
@@tlcbear2 Glad to hear you're improving. I will keep praying for you to feel and get better soon. I still have not decided on a color for my engine yet. It was basically "cast blast" to look like natural cast iron. I would like a light color and I like that blue because it seems it would allow better observation for leaks and such. My Camaro is primarily white with blue accent stripes, so it would go well together I believe. We'll see I guess. God willing, I hope to get it running again before Jesus returns! If He needs a "white horse" He can take it and have over 300 of them available! Keep looking up my friend. His return is going to be the best thing that ever happened to us! God Bless you and yours Bear.
