I think uninteresting is the most polite way to describe this new league mechanics. I am only keep playing because I was away from PoE for quite some time and I missed it. As a leveling experience it reminds me the Abbyss league or what was called that it could spawn specific mobs that could insta-kill you and most players were avoiding to interact with the league mechanics until GGG nerfed their damage by a lot but in this league the bad thing is that you can't avoid it.

You cant fix a league after it is released...
Once the players are gone, they are gone in most cases.
Better make the meachanic to rewarding and fix that, instead of unrewarding and loose the players for the whole league

I think some people will come back, but yeah, there are a lot who are just gone. I can't believe the ui for the morgue went thru as it is right now. I was so hype about a new crafting mechanic, but it isn't fun at all atm.
