Thank you for this so much-well done! As a member of the Test Card Circle, I find it particularly nice to see these closedowns followed by Test Card F, the digital version, with tone even! The TWO clock was here, followed by the twin lined BBC2 on the test card, so I presume this was taken somewhere between March 1986 and February 1991 of course. Wonderful really though!!
I think this is from the early hours of Saturday 27th January 1990, definitely around then as the Brighton Rock screening was on the 2nd February that year. If so this would be very soon after the Burns Day Storm that caused a lot of damage that week.
