I use the flippers that Michael phelps had used for his training. I also bought a pair for myself they have helped me so much with my strokes. thank you
Can I use the hip flexor of one leg and the glute of the other instead of the abductors of both legs in order to bring the legs together ? where both legs are twisted to the left. I know his might not be the perfect technique but the normal leg movement feels unnatural for me.
I didn't hear 'pool buoy' at first because I don't pronounce 'buoy' as Boo-ey. To me, 'pool buoy' rhymes with 'pool boy'. Makes sense when you think that we say things are buoyant (= BOY-ant), not 'boo-ey-ant'. I suspect that 'BOO-ey' is a mistake that passed into general American speech (you get a lot of such mistakes esp. from non-English-speaking immigrants who, naturally enough, get confused now and then by our language!).
