There is no such thing as "Karma Points."
Karma is cause and effect.
I think that the best description of Karma that I heard was from another ND Experiencer. Her example was that of a child touch the hot stove after you tell the child to not do so. The natural consequence is that the child hurts his hand. She said that when the child does this, you don't turn around and punish the child. The child has learned the necessary lesson. If you don't learn the lesson, karma keeps coming back to teach you. Karma is neither reward nor punishment, merely cause and effect. We see this in the NDE when people experience the ways in which they help or hurt others.
I agree. It was more the idea I was trying to get across. She didn’t get the reward she thought she would have for her action. 💖
@@TiaReneePodcast It is a common theme in some Buddhist parables. People looking for merit or reward for their actions. So she didn't get karmic rewards, and it seems she was disappointed because that was part of her motivation.
I have thought about Karma as a "most likely true"
However in recent years it occurred to me that we will never e able to live a life without doing anything wrong.
I think ultimately we get an understanding where we are able to let go of even the idea of living "without sin".
When we understand what that means, we find a path of freedom.
HINT... the answer isn't hedonism. (lol)
@@ammasophia4663 Karma does exist. But it is not a reward/punishment system. It is cause and effect. It is "the lesson that we need to learn."

If you break an vase >>> it is now broken.
Maybe you can put it back together, but it won't ever be the same. It will now be a broken vase that has been glued back together. It will have cracks. You cannot separate the cause from the effect.
The lesson
If you buy another vase, you tell yourself that you should be careful to not break the new vase.
Is that a guarantee that you will not break the new vase? No it is not a guarantee. But, if you have learned from the experience, then you will be more careful. You may even put the vase in a different place where it is less likely to be knocked over or broken again. Perhaps, you will expand what you have learned, and be more careful with other objects that are fragile. This requires mindfulness. If you don't learn from the experience,, you will likely break something else accidentally. Over time, you will learn to be more mindful and careful. The more careful that you are, the less likely it becomes that you will need to learn this lesson again.
Karma is not about "doing good" and "doing bad." If you live with love in your heart, you will experience love in your life. If you are angry, hostile, fearful, you will receive that energy back in your direction. The more that you engage in harmful behavior, the more that it will seem that you are deeply locked in a cycle of negative energy. The key is to let go of that negative energy and to learn to love and to do your best to be giving and caring. It's that simple.

You said there is a human spirit, which is evil and then 'the LIFE, the REAL self"
there are other words.
I think generally we call the "human spirit"... ego
Other cultures call it "the SELF"... capitol letters as it was born of our creation.
There are many ideas of how to define that split but we are in a war between those two aspects of self (and SELF)
