If someone is on the phone during a crime.
A warrant for cell records in the area should be able to identify anyone near the area.
I'm guessing that doing that violates others privacy and that's why it's not done.. ?

Grand Prairei Police will do nothing to assist VICTIMS. But will protect the criminals!!! Very sad we as victims have to suffer the consequences due to public servants NOT doing their job!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I hope Dallas police will assist the victims.
its the same in Dallas. This is also how the say the crime numberes are down. The police are not coming out to report the crime so it doesnt exist. In fact they say crime is down but murder is up . IMO , this is because they are only coming out to pick up the bodies
