Hi Father. Came across your videos scrolling around CZcams. I grew up Catholic but fell away from the faith very early on. I'm 38 now and just completed my RCIA classes and after reconciliation was confirmed and in full communion with the Church this past Easter Vigil Mass. Thank you for what you do. It is not an easy life. God bless.
@@Dub4Yahyou didn’t read the context of the verse right, I asked a Lutheran pastor this and he said you can because we know they are not our real father, next time please read the context instead of copy and pasting from other trash comments.
@@GilbertzHurtz it's interesting the argument people make. They somehow conflate the idea that using the word father implies God. It's very easy to understand, "call no man father" means call no other God. It's a silly argument.
It’s not necessary after one year (eventually oil gets rancid) but each year the Bishop consecrates new oil as part of the annual Chrism Mass, so we replace the oil with fresh oil.
@@Dub4Yahthe holiday originated as a remembrance of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. Do you use the word ‘Thursday’? You know, that is the day of Thor. Wow a lot of preparation goes into the Holy Oils. This is awesome, thank you👍🏼👏🏼

Father dominic i remember you from pats, it was odd to see you here not gonna lie
Father, please say the TLM!
He is doing fine as is.
The tlm is not even biblical, just a big show they developed in the 16th century.
Tlm is exposition and showmanship.
Why do you have to replace the oils?
It’s not necessary after one year (eventually oil gets rancid) but each year the Bishop consecrates new oil as part of the annual Chrism Mass, so we replace the oil with fresh oil.
@@fr.dominicclemente1943 Thanks for the explanation!
Easter? What are you pagan? Herod celebrated easter. You know that Christ is our passover (if youre saved)
Stop celebrating these pagan days and come out of the Catholic Church!!
Wait until you realize that the New Testament shows the church using holy anointing oil (James 5:14)
@@jacksongilbert3860 got nothin to do with Easter being pagan
@@Dub4Yah Easter is pagan? No, celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ is not pagan.
