Maybe I missed the part where it says only priests, but it does say you will be cut off from your people if you use the first recipe to anoint people and the second as a perfume for yourself. They are to be holy. We are still told if we need healing to seek the elders of the church to anoint you with oil after you confess any unconfessed sins. I'm not aware of that recipe, so unless you find it somewhere in the bible, I'd say any oil.

It is sacred, and you are to consider it sacred. 33 Whoever makes perfume like it and puts it on anyone other than a priest must be cut off from their people.’” so I was very exited when I learned how to make my own anointing oil but after reading the whole chapter from my bible am a bit confused now. What are your thoughts regarding this last clause on the chapter< please explain and thanks for your clarification
well it says as you quoted: "33 Whoever makes perfume like it and puts it on anyone other than a PRIEST must be cut off from their people". This is what the bible says about you. 1 peter 2:9: "But you are a chosen people, a ROYAL PRIESTHOOD, a HOLY NATION, God’s special possession". Dont compare yourself with old testament people. You have a better covenant.

That's not a good idea. God never said, premix and sell it. We shouldn't be making a profit out of something like this. We are to make our OWN oil and pray over our own oil to use. I'm not saying this guy would scam anyone but imagine how many people, looking to make a quick buck, would scam people into buying "annointed oil"

Here is other version of this scripture exodus 30:32 Do not pour it on the bodies of ordinary people, and do not make perfume the same way you make this oil. It is holy, and you must treat it as holy. Take notice of the last sentence, it says it is holy for a holy people. So now question to you is, are you holy? Is it mandatory to use Olive Oil or can any oil be used? I have Grape seed and Sunflower oil at the moment.
