I prefer the Sheraton 2 pro. it sounds a lot warmer.

The Emily Wolfe has a broader midrange, which gives it a heavier/darker tone. I also like the matte finish - gloss black guitars show everything. With that being said, I prefer the Sheraton. It just has a sweeter tone.

I’ve watched this video at least x5 and what I hear is that the Emily Wolf guitar sounds a tad bit clearer and more pronounced. Going to buy the Emily Wolf guitar now … thanks for making me spend more unnecessary money

Went to my local guitar center and had the opportunity to play the Emily Wolfe guitar and had some reservations. First, the guitar for being a semi-hollow is surprisingly heavy, I would say around the 8lbs / 8.5 lbs or more range. I’m comparing the weight of the Emily Wolfe to the two Gretsch semi-hollows that I have and the Firefly 338. Secondly, the turners were not that smooth, they seemed to jump a bit and had a hard time staying in tune. Loved the finish of the hardware though, it was like a worn satin gold. Lastly, the body had some cosmetic defects, looked like the guitar was rushed in paint. I’m hoping to come across some more Emily Wolfe guitars and chalk up the one I found as an outlier and giving Epiphone the benefit of the doubt.

I've always wanted a Sheraton, but I didn't like the gloss finish or the headstock, then seemingly out of the blue comes this Emily Wolfe model!! I bought it last year the first month it was available. Great guitar!!

Sheraton II, Pro, for most styles of music-especially jazz. More balanced tones. For rock, the EW.

The Sheraton II pro is more of an original Epiphone. Great affordable guitar! It would be best if they put in Mini humbuckers and a frequensator tailpiece like the original Sheraton. I disagree with the opinion that the Korean version is better build. The Chinese version has upgrades (humbuckers and bone nut).

The more I researched the difference between Korean and Chinese, it looks like the Chinese have excellent build quality. I think this is the direction I'm going.

The standard Sheraton has perhaps a more open refined sound than the Emily Wolfe. That said I like the in between sound on the Emily Wolf more. And it does rock out better.
The Emily Wolfe has a much better look. Much prefer the headstock on it too.
The diamond sound holes are cool. Gives that Dave Grohl thing. But in an even cooler package than even his Pelham Blue guitar.
I would get the Emily Wolfe guitar at the drop of a hat 🎩. If I had the best of a thousand quid handy.
