  • Critically acclaimed chef Alex Crabb joins Ming Tsai to cook up some weekend favorites. Alex makes Dandelion Gnudi--gnocchi-like dumplings made with rich ricotta cheese. Ming follows that up with vegetarian raviolis that are stuffed with a flavorful plant-based meat substitute that’s topped with a Thai Coconut Sauce.
Simply Ming takes your home cooking to a whole new level. The James Beard and Emmy Award-nominated series features mouthwatering recipes, celebrity appearances and culinary road trips - all inspired by Ming Tsai's signature East-West culinary style.

Ming and Alex, what a great show. Alex, I know what my appetizer is going to be for NYE dinner. Ming, the meat substitute for vegetarian dumping is a great replacement. A coworker asked me to make her some vegetarian dumping. So I used a plant-based meat alternative. I loved them and more importantly, she and her partner did too.

I just bought wonton wrappers for the first time today, and I am going to try my hand at both dumpling and ravioli shapes after seeing several of these episodes of yours doing just that.
    I’m excited. Thanks chef.
