My mom found out after it was a dance in my 6th grade (I’m in 7th now) and all my friends had boy dates and I had no one and then I wore all rainbow 🌈 she was happy for me a supported me she’s happy I won’t get pregnant when I’m older ( idk my dad that why he not apart of it😔)

I'm aroace and lesbian so I just tell my parents I never want to get married or date, and they don't mind. At least I never plan on dating anyone so I never have to tell them I'm lesbian 😅 (also don't worry my parents are great for the most part)
But I'm grateful I'll always have friends that support me 🤧✨

@@wh1tevo1d90 yeaaa that took me a bit of time to figure out, I'm still not 100% sure if the labels "work" but my explanation is that I'm lithromantic on the aromantic spectrum which means I feel romantic attraction but I don't want the other person to actually like me back. I've only ever had real (though short) crushes on girls. Idk if that makes sense- 😅

My non-binary bestfriend and I celebrated pride month together this year!
Where we live, there's no big events nor little things for LGBTs.
But for once, a restaurant celebrated pride month! They did a lot of little parties during the month ^^
That was awesome!
I also came out as aromantic this year.
I was really scared, but I'm now happy to know that a lot of people support the LGBTQIA community.

Low-key I was very scared to tell my parents last year that I was non-binary so I just stood up by teachers and counselor and then worked my way up to parents. Thankfully I knew my mom would actually be supportive since my brother is gay.

Im a demisexual lesbian (any pronouns // prefer they/them), end everyday i get asked when ill get a bf, when i already have a gf but im too scared to tell my mom. My parents do know im lesbian, but my mom said im not lesbian until ive done (anything sexual) with a girl. Which makes me uncomfortable. She doesnt know im demisexual, or does she know my pronouns, because im too scared to tell her. She already hates me for saying im lesbian. She thinks im just scared of boys. When i know im not, i just dont find anything in them. My dad supports me fully, but he only knows im lesbian, like my mom. And im scared to tell him my pronouns, and that im demisexual. I never actually came out to him, my mom told him.. which i didnt know, and it made me not trust her even more. Everyday i get asked the same things, “when are you getting a boyfriend?”, “are you sure your lesbian, your probably just scared of boys.”, “have you ever even had a realationship with a girl?”. Which i have, and still do. I feel like this might take a while to read, but i just wanted to get it out there.
I fully respect everyone, race, sexuality, gender, etc. And know you are valid. If you ever need to talk, go to someone you trust. I love every single of of you, even if i dont know you. I do.
