This is how I requested a copy of your entire electronic claim file:

“I would like a copy of my entire claims file to include all service treatment records, personnel records, DD 214 and rating decision/s to include code sheet and any compensation and pension exam from the VA and any third-party contractors. The entire electronic claim folder on CD.”

How I obtained a copy of my Summary/Breakdown letter.
I called the VA at 800-827-1000 and inform them that:
“I would like a summary letter/disability breakdown letter to include, all my service-connected conditions, percentages and diagnostic codes.” (if you are not service-connected, you will not have one). Also, you can have them email or fax (if you don’t have a fax at home, you can download a fax app in the play store on your phone) this information, if the person doesn’t want to email or fax it, hang up and call back and speak to someone else.

Mr. De, I really appreciate your wisdom and knowledge. I'm currently at 90 percent and playing the wait game patiently to receive 100 percent. It has been a challenge, but you've helped a lot. Peace and Love.
    Very Respectfully,
    USNVet.

Thanks for another educational video sir. I have made notes from your videos, and review your old ones too. People told me to give up, because I fought for years unsuccessfully. I’m glad I didn’t listen to them. Finally, I’m getting successful in this battle

You would try for IU if you are trying to get SMC (s).
For example: IU for PTSD would be considered 100%. Then if you have an additional 60% separate from the 100% that qualifies you for SMC (S).

I have medical evidence that ties OSA to my SC PTSD. I am also currently taking medication for my PTSD. As a result of taking that medication for PTSD, I have been experiencing Erectile Dysfunction. Could I file BOTH OSA and ED Secondary to my PTSD?

@@DewayneKimble Thank you for your reply but I could not find anything in the 38CFR that says not more than one condition can be filed secondary. Where I am going with this is have you ever ran across a claim as a VA Rater where a vet tried to claim multiple secondaries under a primary SC condition? Did it stick, and if not, what CFR did you cite in which claiming multiple secondaries under just one SC condition wasn't allowed? Thank you once again!
