In an Alternate Universe Wilson has given into temptation with House, who only wants 'a friends with benefits deal'. Wilson is struggling with these new and erotic feelings he has developed for House but deep down he knows it is real love. After he storms out on dinner Wilson confesses to House what he wants but House, being his usual self, is incapable of returning Wilson's love.
