These prices are crazy. I remember getting the Dewalt 18 gauge nailer for $200 a few years ago. It's 319 on sale with a 2.0 battery.
Dewalt quality is decreasing with more made in china/mexico assembly and bad quality control issues mixed with customer service problems. I just replaced my 20v XR brushless polesaw and the once metal heads are now pale plastic, stickers coming off, wobbly joint connection to handle etc. Meanwhile their prices are going up and up... also my 60V chainsaw came missing the bolt and washer that keep the chain from slipping off the drive sprocket...cherry on top are the known issues with the Flexvolt miter saws that they refuse to do a recall and fix but rather keep warrantying orders for new motors that will equally burn out when plugged in (their solution is just for people to use batteries only even though it is a HYBRID tool)
Wait till Christmas, prices will be much lower, also if you buy Dewalt power tools, always buy the XR models, the rest are junk.
The 5AH PowerStack was 75 bucks a few weeks ago. You couldâve got two for less than the cost of that one 5AH with a 1.7Ah PowerStack. DeWALT is adding XR badging so they blew the old inventory out. The classic 5AH XR is losing the XR but instead of blowing those out they seem to be bundling them with tools.
That Powerstack was a score!
grabbed 2 yesterday I felt 3 was too much money to give dewalt with their quality going down and prices climbing.

Yeah, I cleaned out my local Home Depot of Ridgid Pro Gear after I noticed that. $50 for the 2-drawer + $1 for the cart, so I bought all 5 in stock đ

I got in on the 50% off on the 3 drawer DeWalt box. But there's also a Buy More Save More deal with that stuff that's stackable.
I ended up getting a couple of those boxes for $63 each. Can't beat that deal!

Jeff, I'm looking at the Milwaukee 3697-22 kit and have a few questions. 1. Do you suggest getting it now with the free 8amh battery or wait till the holidays. The best price I've seen is $50 off without the free battery. Also do you ever recommend getting Milwaukee struts from Amazon even though the warranty won't be honored. Thanks

No dice. Recent video evidence suggests the ladders are cheap but the training is prohibitively expensive.
I got the Dewalt 3-drawer for $75 and the Ridgid 3-drawer and cart for $50. I don't resell so i left some for everyone else. My Dewalt is now almost taller than me. đ

Home Depot replacing Klein with Milwaukee is terrible imho
Not really replacing, but Klein has a smaller footprint there now, and has picked up over at Lowes
Loweâs has a much better selection of Klein than HD ever had.

Do you know if the plastic they use for all the various brands pack out & tough system storage system are the same? Is one really that much better durability-wise than the other?
Formulas may be different, butI tested Milwaukee and Dewalt and they both were neck and neck. Keter makes these for all the brands in Israel

it's the best on the market but yeah the price is steep. FLEX comes in second place though if you're looking to buy into the gray. the M12 fuel is also solid if you wanna save 70 bucks, and the magic is all in using higher quality blades and attachments

@@chrisostinot true. Nothing is free it will just knock the price down to a way cheaper price. Say you buy a 200 dollar tool and get a 200 dollar battery kit for free. They will break up the prices so when you return one of the items you will get credited 100 dollars so itâs like getting the other item for 100 instead of 200

19:15 You are advocating fraud by saying you can return half a bundled tool set. You are breaking the law & can be prosecuted by Home Depot. They may not give you half back & have you arrested instead. YT may defund you, too.
Totally wrong, they are boxed separately, and on your receipt home depot tells you for both items what the max return amount is, you better produce an exact law and Florida statute if you are gong to make wild claims like that. Many people even cancel half their order online after just placing the order to get the refund. If Home depot did not want people to do this they would do away with refunds.
Put the deals on Makita instead of these throwaway tools.
