Thank you for so informative video. I didn't see better video for a while!
By coincedence, Yesterday i meant to buy whey(proteins supplement) that contains l-tryptophane in order to boost serotonine since i have huge problem with sleep and bad mood and i need MELATONINE. Than, suddenly i saw your video! In video i saw 2 great things: MAO enzimes and use carbonate diet instead amino acids to avoid jam in brain.
I have 2 questions:
1. How to avoid MAO problem (naturally)?
2. Do i have to use carbonate diet and how to get tryptophane for more serotonine?
I hope you'll get time to answer and help. 😊
