  • Amaretto liqueur is a sweet liqueur that originated in Saronno, Italy. Depending on the brand, it may be made from apricot kernels or bitter almonds.
Relatives told me that my mom would make this liqueur, but I just don't recall this.
I hope you enjoy this video.

Hello there. I just recently found your channel and subscribed. I am enjoying your videos and stories about your family. I have not been able to find the second video on this recipe however. Did the drink turn out as well as it sounded?

I looked around and I realized that I didn’t make the video where I added a whole bottle of French cognac.
I do remember eating the whole apricots though. They were delicious!
I strained the mixture and got rid of the pits and added a whole bottle if Cognac. I also remember how expensive that cognac was.
I will check my phone and see if I have the video stored there, but I doubt it.
      Thanks for visiting and subscribing.

Why don't you stir this before you close it up?

It’s not necessarily. The sugar and fruit will ferment for sometime and will liquify.
