When a cover has a slow climb to 1 million views, you know it's a great cover because it didn't get it's views from the hype of the original song. It made it's climb off of word of mouth. So congrats, Sam, Yasmeen, and Jason.

He ended up creating the cover for ARTPOP. One second she’s an artist, then suddenly she’s a piece of Jeff Koons artwork:
A popular interpretation of this line is that she is saying “kunst”, the German word for “art”. Once an artie, now the art.
Since Gaga has a thing for German, this double meaning is likely intentional.
Kunst is also dutch.

Sami Chaudhury I prefer this more than the original. Sometimes the original just doesn't cut it and a different singer makes it different and exciting and plus in covers people put their own twist on it. Sam did an amazing job and I really like this cover, but gaga also gives her fans variety by offering different approaches to live performances. For example, Gaga's performance of Applause on Sukkiri. She took a 140 bpm song and slowed it down with only piano and vocals to create a completely different atmosphere.
The relaxing and soothing approach never fails. It's just.... fucking chills.
