It hasn’t been that bad for me I never do return anyways. I’m a lot more laxed about my refund policy

Hi there! I was wondering if you could teach us how to write the proper Etsy titles for our listings. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do that. What I do is that I put keywords that I find on Marmalead and then use them as tags. If the keywords are too big, I split them in two or three tags. Then I add more relevant keywords to use all 13 tags. But it doesn't seem to work well, I don't know what to do. I've been stuck to 45O sales for weeks, now. A little help from a top 1% seller would be appreciated! Thank you for reading! Love your channel!

Hi Vlad, thank you for making the video! Do you find that customers on Amazon cancel their orders more often or do they return the items? Can they return personalized items? Because on Etsy we have the option to not accept returns.
Yes I will probably have to make more than one video on advertising on Amazon, it’s a bit more complex

On amazon handmade you can create your own return policy as I have personalized items listed right now and it is very clear in my policy that personalized items are not eligible for returns.

@@cangel201 I sell on both, and have literally had one return on Etsy because they were disappointed out of thousands of sales. On Amazon, I get them weekly. Frustrating, but its a different customer.
how does a new shop with new listings compete with existing established shops? You say they can advertise on your page, so how does a new shop even get sales?

We have lots of crochet products that are pure white. Can I use different backgrounds or should I use only white background? It does not make sense to use white background for these white crochet products.

when you started out, how did you find the right manufacturer?
I did Alibaba.com and I ordered small amounts and every time I would get the order I would ask for some improvement, either price or quality, if they are willing to accommodate then they are the real deal. Also if over time you find better deals, I would let the original manufacturers know, and since you have a history with them, they will want to match that price.
Also I would buy from Amazon for test items
